Zeal Credit Union E Jefferson, Detroit

I can NOT stand walking into this location. MOST of the women here are rude and unprofessional. Especially the light skinned over weight lady with the glasses. She clearly hates her job and is always rude. I’ll make sure I’ll go to another location because I’m sick of the disrespect and no home training from some of these old women. Zero stars. Be blessed.

Today was my first experience with this credit union. I was completing the process of opening an account. When I walked in 2 young people were on their phone at the counter. I walked up and greeted them because they didn't greet me. The lighter skin young girl acted as though I was bothering her. Her speech her posture her frowned up face said stop bothering me. I gave a star because the lady that called me over and helped with my account was nice. She actually called me over while the young girl was acting like she didn't want to help and just a nasty disposition. One of those customer service reps that make you want to call corporate and close that place down if you could so they could start over. What's sad is as I read through these reviews this place has been like this. And no action has been taken. Because it's still happening. My hope is that people become aware of the service they give. If you have no customer you have no business. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm a hindrance when I'm bringing you MY money. I wish I could've gotten the little girls name so I could include it but it was 6pm and I didn't want to hold up the close seeing as though I was already bothering her. I hope in this rant you feel the bother she put on me. Though the other branches are far from me if I have to go in I will travel.

If I could give no star I would. I love Zeal Credit Union and I hate that I have to leave a poor review, but this branch is TERRIBLE!!! Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. 0/10 would not recommend this location. The entire staff needs an in-service on customer service PRONTO.

The Zeal on East Jefferson is the worst the employees treat you as if you’re bothering them or don’t want to be at work. Far from friendly but very rude. I hate that it’s the only close branch near me. Every time I go the tellers act like I’m intruding on their sitting around doing nothing day. I can’t wait till things go back to normal I’m definitely going to another credit union ASAP

I was thinking about changing my banking with you guys but. Afther reading theses reviews I think I'ma stay with who I'm with get better be better.

Customer Service Terrible I’ve Never Had a Problem getting starter Checks Because I Don’t Use Them & I Needed Them Asap couldnt Order Them I explained That & Still Couldnt Get them I Can’t Wait To change My Bank The Customer Service ALWAYS Sucks Over The Phone & ill NEVER Stop at This Location again
