I went their to borrow money against my laptop and there was clear explanation of where the line was, the guy didn't explain the loan to me and when I went to get it back it had crumbs and stains all over it that definitely were not there when I brought it in. If you need money or are looking for jewelry, go somewhere else.

They should be close.. The workers are very rude.. Never again. I will intent to do business..with them again.. Don't waste your time.. If needed I have names of places you can go..they will give your better deals..have great prices..

They steal your jewelry and also attempt to scam you out of your high priced items all the time by offering low unacceptable prices they are very rude and just bad services all around try the ziedmans near Southfield if you plan on pawning/selling/buying because the one on gratiot is just terrible go see for yourself if you don't believe me also try to be waited by the African American/Black employees if you do go to the one on gratiot they are much more polite and reasonable...just being honest

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Never pawn here your things my not come back the way you remember them. Have a 40" Tv and it was returned cracked with a missing remote. Very rude and nowhere near negotiable... I will be serving papers.
