Not a good credit union at all ! This location specifically is horrible . They deposit my check into someone’s else’s account twice ! I had to wait two days to get it put into my account. The staff is horrible and have horrible attitudes .I would not recommend

Had to file a formal complaint against this credit union with the NCUA. Their ATM miscounted a deposit and they have not refunded me they money that was stolen. Customer Service and their ATM Department are of no help. There should be a better protocol in place but unfortunately they only rely on machine automated report. Seeing as the machine already miscounted the amount of the deposit I don't see how the report would be anymore accurate than that. Do not bank here whether this is your direct institution or not. The cost is not worth the risk.

I opened an account because I was seeking a lower rate on a credit card and was entertaining a possible auto loan. I have a credit freeze so I was sure to lift it prior to applying. The rep opening the account had a hard time pulling my credit report. I was told that it was still locked when it wasn't. I literally had to go home to fwd her the confirmation that the freeze was lifted. Why? Anyway she was able to open the account later that day. I submitted both apps and was contacted like a week later by a loan officer while at work. I called her back same day 2-3 times and the following day and could not reach her. Each time I received VM advising that she was out of the office. At that point I already knew that I wanted to work with someone else, but when I tried to contact another rep I was told that I was already assigned to a loan officer... basically obligating me to work with someone who I felt was not on the ball. To my surprise this rep was able to get my loan officer on the phone! The very person I could not reach. This lady lied stating that she had sent me multiple emails requesting documentation. I verified my email address and she insisted that is where she sent them. I received nothing. This is 2019 mostly everybody's email is linked to their phone. I knew she was lying right away. I asked her to provide me with her email address and sent her an email confirming that I had not received anything. I also asked her to send me whatever was necessary to complete. Not only did I not receive any documents, she didn't even bother to reply at all. To top it off I opened my account about a month ago and never received my debit card. I called about that today and was told that it was returned to sender, yet nobody bothered to call. I REFUSE to chase down anybody to give them my money. Closing account and banking with Ally. Poor service. I expect professionalism

Great rates! Just used them to finance a new car. My credit isn't terrible, but not great either so I was very pleased with the rate, especially since they were able to beat the dealership by nearly 3%. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Proud to be trusting this institution with my finances.

During the past year we all wondered "What's next", as a member of Diversified they never closed their doors. They went beyond customer service to accommodate their customers. I appreciate the one on one service that I would receive.

The hours are very inconvenient. There are never enough tellers to get you in and out. They use to operate like a credit union focused on their members but not anymore. Ive been with them for about 7 years because my father who is a retired City employee is with them. I've had several loans paid off ahead of time but applied for a car loan and was offered 16% with 15% down. Ive been with Public Services Credit Union and GM financial for 1 year and was offered 5.9% with 0 down. The experience the last 2-3 years has been pretty sad. I guess I was hoping it would get better.
