I am new with the Kia Dealership at West Hills. They made me feel very good when I called in to get things done and have been very professional any very friendly. I know I picked the right dealer for the purchase of my new car.

I am beyond ecstatic with my experience at West Hills Kia. I was working with a salesman from Heartland Toyota, and as we were driving around I saw a car on Kia's lot that I really liked. The salesman from Toyota was more than happy to show the car to me even though it wasn't his own inventory, and after agreeing on a price, he set me up with the man of the hour: Magdy Boules, Finance Manager. Let me say that NO ONE enjoys the idea of discussing finances, choosing warranties, should I get this or that, okay now I need to sign the next 23 pages, and now initial the next 18 pages, okay now I need the blood of my first born child... you get the point. But Magdy was AWESOME. I feel like I made a friend just as much as I made a transaction that was a perfect fit for my financial needs. He made sure that every little thing was good to go, filled the gas tank, helped me figure out my Title & Registration, just went completely above and beyond what I was expecting. I couldn't give a higher praise! Thanks Magdy!!!

Went this afternoon to look at the new Telluride. High pressure sales techniques are in full swing. After explaining we are not buying now and still researching asked salesman for a card. We walked off after 2nd manager came out and no card from salesman.... will certainly be shopping at other Kia dealers.

Very friendly. Found what I was looking for at the right price point. Went back to replace my Honda Pilot and Larissa helped us find another Pilot even though it was not a Kia she was very helpful and understanding what we wanted.

We currently own a 2008 Kia Sportage and have only taken it to West Hills Kia for Warranty Service, as well as Oil changes. We have always been treated like royalty at West Hills, especially by Chad Boldt (Asst Service Manager). Chad is genuinely polite and has an incredible memory. He remembered my insurance card that was left there 4 months ago and the minute I walked in yesterday for a routine oil change he opened his drawer and handed it to me ! He had called me at the time it was left and I'd totally forgotten about it. I was amazed that he remembered and still had it for us ! We did not purchase our KIA at West Hills because we lived in Puyallup at the time but if/when we are ready to purchase another KIA we will certainly purchase from West Hills !

After doing some research, I chose West Hills Kia. The staff was friendly and made the experience fun and informative. My sales person, Pat was easy to work with and very dedicated to answering my concerns.

The purchase of the car was a pleasant experience! No high pressure tatics either. The staff was very helpful and we're willing to get me the best price and even beat my financial lender. I will go back!

I recently received West Hills KIA's Spring service specials book which included a coupon that "we will beat any price on tires." I went to Costco to get a quote for my 2005 Kia Sportage and brought it to Chad Boldt, the assistant manager, at West Hills KIA. Not only did he beat Costco's price but he found even better tires for a lot less. I ordered the tires and made an appointment to have them installed. At the same time, I requested an oil change and during a maintenance check discovered the need to replace my car's timing belt. The service department was able to do all the work in one day. I was provided with a rental car so I could do a little shopping and have lunch and when I returned Chad even found me a pair of earbuds so I could watch a few episodes of "24" on my Kindle Fire. Now that's what I call service!

Very friendly and helpful staff! My old car broke down on a long trip between my home and my parents' home last November. The KIA dealers were able to help me purchase my new Kia Soul and get me back on the road in time for work within the few days that I was in Washington. Thank you! Jen O
