I had a great experience at carhop in Bremerton. Haven’t had any luck anywhere else and jaymee was able to help me get into a car the same day!!

I originally came in and was told no. I was ok with that so I came back because my circumstances had changed. They told me no again but came to find out even though I was told no and I needed a co-signer Elaine pushed for me and found out I didn't. So they did it all under me. I was able to drive away with a 1999 Ford Taurus in the color I wanted, with my poor credit.

They were courteous and kind. Answered all my questions and reassured me. (I hate change so this was big for me) If you are in need at least talk to them. It's worth it from an information standpoint and they really work with you.

I love my van but in the year I've had it I've had to replace the breaks and two tires and they only care about you until they have sold you a car and then you don't matter anymore.

Bekhe and Jaymee, were absolutely awesome at carhop they went to the extreme and beyond to help me with the purchase of a vehicle they were super sweet wonderful to talk to and very charming and helpful Id fully recommend going to carhop for every car need you may have they are truly kindred spirits helpful and kind hearted people bless them and huge hugs to them . Would never recommend buying from here. Worst customer service I've ever had. They sold us a broken car then procrastinated fixing it until the warranty was up so they didnt have to deal with it. I wouldn't trust buying a pen from these people.

Really did good at getting me the vehicle I wanted and got approved where others couldn't. Would recommend to anyone that has been turned down by other lots.
