I recently had a problem with my 2007 Hyundai and the crew worked on it tirelessly to find out what had happened. It took several visits but they were finally able to discover the issue and replace it. Thanks to all those who worked tirelessly on this issue, from the service area to the mechanics who found the problem and did the repairs. Jesse, Brett, Jason and Nina along with the mechanics!

I find it better to be here at the Hyundai service department then I felt at the Ford service department. The Ford service doesn't understand how to fix my Hyundai Tucson and I had to have my time done over again within 2,000 miles after Ford promised that they did do the job but I found that my time belt was OLD after I had problems with my Tucson on the road choked and burned rubber scent and couldn't make it past 40 mph. I have been trying many places for this truck and I feel that I should trust the maker.

Not everybody here at his dealership is a rockstar but the ones that care/have any idea about what is going on, are truly awesome. You are fairly limited on options to get dealership work done on your car for Volkswagen and/or Hyundai in the area so I would definitely send you their way for any and all troubles.

Have called several times for service , but get sent to voice mail, and they won't call back to schedule.. Maybe if I had bought a new car instead of used might get better response.

Service/Parts department charged 35.50 (parts) and 24.55 (service) for a single headlight bulb change. When I called to ask why it was so expensive and that I could buy two headlight bulbs for 31.99 at O'Reilly, staff just said that is how much they charge period. So two headlights would cost 71.00 just for parts. Very unreasonable in my opinion, it should not cost this much just for parts that I can less than half price at retail.
