Not to honest. Went in back in 2015 to get my old changed and explain to them that my vehicle was burning a lot of oil and I heard that there was a recall the service agent told me that there was no recall on my vehicle. Yesterday my motor seized just to find out from anther Toyota dealership that my vehicle was part of the recall but now I am out of mileage and will now cost me 6500 to replace. Which should have been taken care of it in the first place. Not to happy at all.

Rabar is the best. They do a great job every time im in. Great service waiting area. Kids have fun here. Great cars at great prices. Love heartland Toyota. Convenient great customer service. My first experience with Heartland was great and was all because of Calvin. I have owned several different businesses including Marine View beverage in Bremerton and have bought many vehicles for my company’s and myself and my experience with Heartland and Calvin even put over the top and I’m coming in next week for my first service and looking forward to the experience and see evybody again

I love this place! The ambience is welcoming. You don't have to leave to go eat food, you can eat at their cafe, genius on whoever designed that! My only complaint was it took too long to do the final paperwork, but they had a busy day that day, because they are so awesome! When I am ready to get a NEWER Prius, I will DEFINITELY come back here if they have the car I need.

Rude. Wife paid extra for alternator replacement and services. Paid for extra testing. Issue was that higher grade battery initially caused indication of alternator/charge problems. Alternator was fine. Titus-Will Toyota in Tacoma identified the issue for free. They’re great, and courteous - go there. Real problem was their condescending attitude, not identifying/fixing the issue, and overzealous charging for unhelpful services that did not fix the issue.

Freddy Goret was able to help me get the car I wanted at a price I could afford. The hyundai elantra I bought runs perfectly after owning it for a little over half a year. I don't feel cheated, lied to, nor do I have buyers remorse for the vehicle. This guy was the best and I can't thank him enough for the honesty. When I go to make purchases like this I don't like to put up with someone trying to sway me to a car because they want a paycheck. I want someone who can tell me like it is, tell me the truth because they want to see me on the road with a car that works. 10/10 would shop there again (if not for the fact that I moved)

Do I really have to say great deal and friendly people? Of they werent why would you go go them? But honestly probably best treatment and no extra bullsh*t like every other dealer i been to try. One of the employees was new and over agressive is only reason i put 4/5. I am sure they will train her to calm down some.

Freddy Goret is an amazing salesperson! I have purchased one car from him. My family is up to three total from him.
