I reached out to this bank over a month ago to set up 3 business accts. I provided my documents and was informed that I would receive a call back within a couple days. I have waited over a month. When I call to inquire about my documentation to proceed with next steps, a younger male picks up and tells me I am unable to speak with Lenny (the personal banker) and that he will relay the message. I wait and NEVER get a call back. When I call again this same young man hangs up on me and is very rude. The customer service is the WORSE I have ever experience and that young man needs to be fired. I ask to speak to a manager and he hangs up or tells me no one is available. How can I do business with a bank I cannot even talk to. I expected soooooo much better from Wells Fargo, this is a huge disappointment

I had the worst experience at this branch. I wanted to send some money overseas and I know there is an option to do it online but I prefer to do it with a banker as way of double checking the correct number. I was refused service by the one of the bankers, I wasn’t able to see his name but he is a younger Hispanic guy with glasses. I was the first to enter the facility and the banker told me that I need to come back in one hour or wait in the lounge because they are very busy but there was no other customers. I went to sit in my car and see the banker come out five minutes later to take a break in his car next to me getting food talking on the phone. In my head I’m thinking I thought they were busy and it’s not even lunch time yet. I go back in and see this same banker assisting 3-4 guys which showed up and ignored basically refusing service to me. Then the assistant manager came to me and advised me that the banker is “busy” and I should just do whatever I need online. I tried to explain to him that I needed a second set of eyes to confirm I have the correct account number, yet he kept telling me to do it online. If I wanted to do it online I would not go to the bank branch. I left there after waiting 2 hours and not getting what I needed to get done. This was my experience for this Wells Fargo Branch, and I’m very unhappy with the way I was treated.

Opened bank account with promo offer online. Scheduled transfer at same time which showed accepted. Also approved for credit card. I met with Jorge M for appointment. He told me offer was not valid as transfer was not completed. Unfortunately he made no attempt to assist with issue. Disappointing experience all around. I had hoped for better from a large bank.

Just went into this branch because it was on the way. Won’t ever go back. The teller was great but the banker was rude. We have 15 accounts at this bank and just needed something notarized. Not only was I told it would be a long wait, the young unprofessional banker was rude. I’m going back to the Copper branch where they are awesome.

I unfortunately had some fraudulent activity detected on my Wells Fargo debit card so I stopped by this branch to clear things up. The teller and banker I talked to were very friendly and helpful. In about 10 minutes everything was locked down and straightened out, and a new temporary card issued. I did all this on a Friday morning, and my new permanent card was in my mailbox the following Monday. I couldn't have asked for a faster or easier resolution. I don't go to the bank very often anymore, but wouldn't hesitate to return here if needed.

I was bit shaken up by Wells Fargo scam few years back. Bit hesitant while dealing with them. But my mortgage got transferred to them and started working with them. During last 2 years - at least around 20+ visits per year. Not even a single time - I felt that they are doing anything less than treating customers with respect, solving their problems and working for the interest of customers. May be Wells worked a lot towards lost reputation but for me this is one of the best brick and mortar bank branch among all big banks. Yes, nobody can beat my favorite ally bank. But if you are looking to have an account in big bank-then for Wells and this branch. I truly feel that some people in Wells few years back screwed up but some branches like this are working really well to get back that reputation.

Lazy, careless staff who don't listen to customer request correctly. They wasted a whole bunch of time moving me from a teller (Ana) to the Banker and then back to the teller. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 17years , not anymore. They weren't even apologetic for having criminally wasted my time when the issue could have been resolved in a matter of minutes, had the teller listened more carefully or double-checked what I needed. When I requested to talk to the Branch Manager, Natasha, the Banker who assisted me said this branch doesn't have a manager. Surprised and disappointed.
