Wasatch Peaks Credit Union S 1900 W, Ogden

👎Janky ATM 🤬 I am a member of a credit union that has access to this ATM. It’s in a convenient location for me, but the last 5 times I have visited this machine (over the past year) it has only been available for a with drawl once. Like many people, I don’t need to go into a bank most of the time, I can do most of my banking at the ATM. That’s why it’s especially frustrating when on multiple occasions the machine is either empty (even on a Saturday at 11 AM) or it doesn’t function at all. Obviously, I would not leave a 1 star review over a one-time incident, but when the normal “service” is so poor, it’s easy for me to leave a honest, but low rating review.

No communication with there customers and when asked why there is none I was told in a very harsh voice. “it is your responsibility to watch your account not our responsibility to tell you we placed a hold or rejected your mobile deposit” I would recommend this credit union to all my enemy’s.

Back in 2017 I went to the dealership to get approved for a trailer but I couldn’t get approved I walked into Wasatch Peaks Credit union and they approved me on the spot no questions asked. My daughter had cancer and the memories that we’ve made could not have happened if we didn’t get approved with Wasatch peaks credit union!! Thank you!!

We are so super grateful for Alicia at Wasatch Peaks! She was so amazingly helpful and she even stayed an hour late to help us get our new camper! What a great company - thanks Wasatch Peaks Credit Union!!!! :-)

I never have to wait in line for more than a few minutes. The tellers are nice and the building is super clean.

I love the Harrisville location. The people there are so nice and helpful.
