We went in to the dealership yesterday and they were absolutely AMAZING!! We have never owned a Hyundai until now! We had the BEST Finance Manager Johnny Blake and the BEST Sales Manager ( Ryan Albert ) and Dalton Larsen (salesman) in our all of our years of car buying experience! UPDATE: I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE TO THE SERVICE FOLKS AT HYUNDAI AND THANK TOD FOR CALLING ME TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. LONG STORY SHORT I TOOK MY SANTA FE TO HAVE THE BATTERY TESTED AND IT SHOWED IT WAS A BAD BATTERY. I FEEL REALLY BAD. IN THE FUTURE I WON’T BE SO QUICK TO JUDGE A SITUATION. YOU HEAR OF SO MANY SCAMS THESE DAYS, IT WAS REFRESHING TO REALIZE TUESE GUYS WERE JUST BEING HONEST AND LETTING ME KNOW I HAD A PROBLEM. FIVE STARS WELL EARNED! Had a recall for a computer update on my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. When I picked it up and was driving away I noticed a paper showing that my right back tire was way out of alignment. I just bought the tires in January and since they are the larger tire they were special order and expensive. So this concerned me that my tire was already wearing. So I immediately called to ask about the paper since no one said a word. I was told that they forgot to say anything and that I could have hit a pot hole and knocked the suspension out of balance. So I made an appt for an $80 alignment. When they were done with the alignment I went out to get in my car and they had parked it in the garage in back of another car so I was blocked in. A guy came and asked me if I wanted him to move it out and I said well yeah because I don’t want to have to back it all the way out and I don’t understand why you guys put me behind this car. So he backed it out came around and said so you have your keys right? And I said well yeah that’s probably how you were able to start it. And he said no we had to leave it running because when we went to wash it it wouldn’t start so we had to recharge your battery. So you need a new battery. I was very confused because I had not had any issues with my battery or my car starting so I left, and we have had no issues whatsoever with my battery. I feel like I was played. I don’t think I needed an alignment and I know damn well I didn’t need a battery. Be very careful with the Hyundai dealer in Riverdale. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with them !

Took my car in for some maintenance and Braiden G. I think was his name but he helped me out and I left there happy!
