Both my husband and I have known Allison for over 20 years, roughly 5 years ago we wanted to buy a home. We reached out to Allison, she looked over everything we had, was honest and told us, we were not in the right spot to buy at that time. Fast forward to now. I sent her message, we arranged a time to meet, she looked over all of our documents and told us that the time was right. As soon as we found the right house her team went to work. Even when we hit a bump with the VA, the team worked with us, and between our knowledge of the VA and theirs, we fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. Allison is the absolute best! She is so quick and her team is great about reminding us of stuff (there was so much stuff to get done). She gave us gifts throughout the process to make it more fun and she is so fun and so nice!

Allison is AMAZING. She sends videos with tons of updates on the loan process, which is so helpful and needed for us younger generation applicants. because we hate reading and have short attention spans so having those videos were SOOOOO helpful. Allison literally got things so done fast. When I was going through the process with America First, I was stressed out, crying, losing hair, etc. I was a stress case. When I came to Fairway there was no looking back. I practically had to do nothing but Docusign things. It's like when closing day came, I was shocked. It's here already? & it was! Allison made the loan process FUN, exciting and she helped me find the PERFECT place this time. I am so happy with everything. She even gave me a nice gift which I’m sooo thankful for.
