Pulled up to get routine service and no one was around to greet or at least tell me they’ll get to me soon. There wasn’t any cars in the service drive other than an f-150 looking at tires. Stood outside my vehicle for a minute, saw 4 guys inside talking to each other while I was waiting for them outside. I waited, waited and waited so I left. Guess I’ll be going to the Layton location for all my ford needs now.

I was a bit worried bringing my car into the dealership but I fade Young provided great service at a cheaper cost than the other two bids I received! Friendly staff, and excellent follow up! Highly recommend!

Not a good place to get your vehicle serviced. The first time we went it took them forever just to let us know what was wrong with it, let alone get it fixed. But, I figured that may have been just bad luck, so we took our car back again just recently to give them a second chance. I made an appointment at 9 in the morning and they told me they would call me by 11 to let me know what the issue was and see if I wanted to move forward with fixing it. By 2:30 I still had not heard from them, so I called them and it hadn't even been looked at yet. Why make an appointment? They are just really slow and the communication isn't great, putting both parties in a pinch.

Jack Schafer is the Bee's Knees. That means he's AWESOME! He completely kept his word and did exactly what he said he'd do. He's very pleasant and respectful.
