Very rude and unprofessional. I asked for one thing the morning of 8/12/19, the associates behind the counter and the lady name that starts with a T was very rude and then provided me with what I politely asked for. Could have received that without an attitude. If you don't like your job find another one that fits you.

This branch authorized an IN PERSON FRAUDULENT cash withdrawal from my account, and when I called to speak to a manager, they connected me with ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT WAS ON HOLD. And the cucustomer thought I was an employee!!!! How dangerous is this?!?!?! Someone could've impersonated an employee and gathered personal information. Pathetic customer service. Beware!!!!!!

They change their fee schedules without notice and will not refund charges. Suddenly your account that was free costs 5$ a month. The service at this location is friendly but incredibly slow.

Bank tellers have a bad attitude, Management sitting in conversation with another employee as if the wait time of customers isn't important.
