I honestly wouldn't even give them half of a star. I recently went there to get jewelry repaired and they changed my jewelry with something else. I attempted to speak with the person I gave the jewelry to, but the person that I spoke with ran and got somebody else that didn't even have anything to do with the matter. The person who got involved never even sane the rope necklace that I brought in. The guy was very disrespectful towards me and made a very racist comment about if it was about $12 basically insinuating that I can't afford to get the jewelry out. Dodge this place they sell fake jewelry as well.

Literally never talked to a more unpleasant person on the phone. I have no idea why they have this guy answering phones because whoever he is he clearly hates it. Used to be very easy to call and talk to them but this new person makes it so uncomfortable. Good business, bad choice for whoever runs the phone. It’s ruined my experiences with them completely.

Skip the visit.. I am here from out of town.. I called ahead as I would get there abiut 5 min before closing.. "we put the jewelry away 10 minutes away before closing but someone will be here to help you." I got there 5 minutes before closing and no one would help me.. In fact, the manager came out and started screaming at me that "i just didnt understand. They had been open since 8 am. What could I possibly need?" He pointed at the man who spoke to me on the phone and said he was new. I told him no one had the right to speak to me that way and took my business elsewhere.. So much for customer service. By the way, I waited for my ride to pick me up from the corner and I saw no one leave the store. They could have made a sale.. They just didn't want to.

Benny,Ron,and all the other employees have always been very professional and knowledgeable in their feild,as well as friendly and courteous for many years to me and my family.I have been going to Camel Pawn since the 60's,and will continue to make Camel my first choice jn pawn shops.Thanks guys!
