During busy times, I have observed how they treated other customers and it has always been top notch. Based on my experiences with similar establishments, this is one of the best in Winston!

from the first time i entered the shop the employees have been great the don't take and cheat people they actual are willing to discuss with people .Doug for instance he helped me to pick out a ring i was working for Hardees at the time and on that kinda of a paycheck. the people who work hear they are fair people who stand by what they sell.(and those who have been leaving 1 stars meany of them i looked at there posts meany are giving 1 star votes to most pawn shops in the area so please take there statements with a grain of salt thank you)
