Employees are nice but take over 20 minutes to help you with anything in the drive thru, best bet is going to any other truist in town

Lidia Serrano went out of her way and was very professional in helping me answer a question on my business account. I really appreciated the extra time she spent and the follow through with helping to resolve my concerns. I felt the branch manager was also engaged and tentative to his customers. I have always had a good experience at this New Tampa location as well as the Land O Lakes Branch. Keith

This bank cost me to miss work for four days straight I’m going to a different bank one better than this

Not a lively place. The party who helped us is well informed but not very friendly. The bank is only available in the south east part of US. Altogether the service was average. Not the best experience.

Me and my wife went in to this Suntrust to start a new banking relationship and we couldn’t be happier! All the representatives in there were very welcoming and friendly. The representative that helped us start our new banking relationship with suntrust was Kayyla Hamlet. She was the most amazing, professional, and courteous banker we have ever worked with ever! Because of her we will be life long suntrust customers!

Very helpful staff. Always get my problems solved in minutes. Never have I ever had to wait more than a minute to be attended. My favorite branch and it’s 2 minutes walk from my work that’s a cherry on top! 😇
