0 stars I been in the process to buy a house with them for 5 months. At the end everything was cancel. I would NEVER recommend them. They don't process anything in time, they don't answer email, they don't communicate. The process of our loan was in Mateo Espárrago hands and it was a nightmare! -10 ⭐️

Adam Mervin of Land Home Financial and his team were a great help in the purchase of our home. We were directed to him by our children which both have used. Their trust in him and his team proved to be right on the money. They were courteous and professional each and every time we had questions. I would highly recommend him to any home buyer!

Great staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and responsive. When questions arose, they were quick to respond. Ricky was my main point of contact and VERY HELPFUL every step of the way. I worked with Ricky for both the original fiance process and my refinance. The entire process went smoothly each time with all the help and hard work from Ricky and his team. I would definitely recommend LHFS and will continue to work with them in the future.

Adam is amazing! Very thorough, easy to work with, answered all of our questions quickly. We were previously working with a broker who dropped the ball. Adam picked up that ball and got the momentum back going with our loan, even during covid! He truly saved the day, and am so grateful to have had him on our team!
