I can't say enough good things about my experience with Gerald Bliss from Bliss Mortgage. The first encounter with Bliss Mortgage was on a new home purchase that unfortunately fell through due to contingencies in the sales contract. Bliss Mortgage was very understanding and kept in touch for a while after. One month later, we decided to refinance our house with my long time bank USAA. I decided to give Bliss Mortgage a shot at beating the estimates from my bank, and they did, by a lot. The process was simple and the staff at Bliss worked long days and nights to help us through the process and work with our desired timelines for a quick closure. I couldn’t be happier and I am so glad that I went with Bliss.

Was referred to different people to get financing on my new home. Once I spoke to Adam, I could tell he was very compassionate and dedicated with his career! He went way beyond what could have ever been expected for my closing. Stayed on top of both homes. Kept me encouraged with constant updates with 13 total days of delays on my house selling in SC. He was phenomenal and extremely compassionate. If I ever move again, he will be the first person I call!!

I would just like to thank Kenny for everything he did for me during the process of buying my first home. As a personal friend of mine I am glad he told me what he did for a living. He and their underwriter laurie were able to get me a great rate on my home and even contacted the sellers realtor to make sure they are calm and the deal will go through. Did I mention he contacted the lender endlessly to make sure we closed the deal when we needed to? Got it done in less than a month so my girlfriend and I could move into our beautiful home.
