    Literally the most difficult bank to deal with ever. I get conflicting information from every different employee I speak to and thats only when I can ACTUALLY speak to someone! Their hours are horrible for anyone who works a full time job and GOOD LUCK trying to get anyone on the phone (no one is EVER available to take a call unless you sit on hold for 10-15 minutes) The only GOOD thing I can say is I get my direct deposit a day earlier than most banks, but other than that FIND A BETTER BANK BECAUSE USFFCU IS A HEADACHE AND A HALF.

    This branch drive through is a freaking nightmare. One employee who is supposed to be in charge of the operation didn't know what to do because this employee did not receive any proper training from the managers. When going inside the bank, only two sections for deposit were opened with 2 employees serving a line of 11 people. Customers can clearly see the rest of the employees hanging around and chatting about their day at 10:30am on a freaking Thursday. After seeing the line was about to get too long, one of the so called dedicated employees decided to open his section to help customers. The only good thing about this bank is it's convenient location and acceptable service

    I went to this branch as a new customer. I just acquired an account with this bank 2 weeks ago. I went into the bank to turn coins into cash so that I can purchase must needed food since it was 5pm and I had not been able to eat since the day before. As a college student I have to struggle with acquiring convenient banking between classes. When I went to this bank they made me turn in my cash first then refused service to me because of my prescription glasses. I showed them 3 IDs including state IDs passport IDs and Multiple student IDs. They still refused service to me. I told them of my physical disability and they still refused service to me. Because I was starving I caved and took off my glasses which immediately gave me a migraine that lasted for 45 minutes after I put the glasses back on. I had to do this just to get my money back. I felt disrespected I was more than embarrassed. They endangered my health and physical safety because of an arbitrary rule that they did not make relevant until after I gave them my money. If I was not waiting for my student refund to come in I would close down my account today. I will never go to that branch again.

    I am a Suncoast member, and I went in one day because I needed to deposit some cash. Should be no big deal, all credit unions are linked by the co-op network, and I've done this at other credit unions before when I can't get to a Suncoast branch. Teller rudely told me "we don't serve Suncoast members here." I can get away with using the ATM outside to make deposits, but it's almost always out of order. Get it together, guys.

    Hi Victoria - Thanks for your feedback. Suncoast CU does not participate in co-op shared branching, so you are correct, you are not able to deposit cash inside our branches. However, they do participate in the co-op ATM network, so you do have access to USF FCU ATMs for withdrawals. If you have any questions, please contact Suncoast CU directly.     Wow.. easy is an understatement. I am buying a house and was a little nervous because it's a big purchase. They made it so easy and quick. Still can't believe it . Very happy to keep doing business with USF . I also have my car loan with them and it was just a easy . No problem. USF .. is the best!

    I highly suggest that if you need to get a mortgage, you go elsewhere - anywhere else, really. The level of incompetence and laziness in this bank is staggering. Every service in this bank is a disaster. They have repeatedly made mistakes on my paperwork, and trying to get USFFCU to call you back is a losing proposition - they don't seem to pass on messages to the right person.

    The worst bank ever! Last night I pulled into the drive through at exactly 5:55 p.m. the window was closed with the blinds down. I pushed the help button and asked if they were closed since it was not 6 p.m. and the teller said yes my boss told me to close the window. I said it's not 6 p.m. I drove 45 minutes to get to their location only for them to close early! On top of that they need to get more educated professionals in their bank. They can help you with most things but half of the staff has to seek another individual for an answer to a basic question. I will be taking my money out of this bank asap!

    Can't understand the complaints. I was a BA customer for years. But BA began charging for everything. The only thing they were interested in was getting more of my money. USF credit union has been a pleasant experience. No charges and always treated like a friend.

    Worst website ever encountered for making a loan payment. I live 100 miles from FCU therefore, I make my monthly vehicle loan payment using another banking institution checking account. After signing in to my FCU online banking there is no simple dashboard selection that says "MAKE A LOAN PAYMENT" Numerous other company's I deal with have a simple selection to make payments..

    Hi Roy - Thanks for reaching out and we apologize for the inconvenience. We took a look and you still need to confirm your external account in order to make transfers. You should have received two trial deposits into your external account between 11/13 - 11/16. Once you confirm the correct amounts, you can log into online banking, click the Confirm button, and follow the prompts to set up the account. After the external account has been set up, you can simply click the Pay button by your auto loan and schedule a transfer from your external account to your loan.
