    A very mixed bag. While COVID-19 has been somewhat of a factor, far too many companies, including Together Credit Union, are using it as an excuse for poor service and delays. Unfortunately, their ATM's have issues reading checks, so you have to key them in manually, cancel the transactions, and start all over again. Online support is lacking and when you do submit a question, you don't receive an answer that solves the issue. Before COVID-19, the lobby service was pretty solid and the tellers were pretty fast. Update: ATM's are back to malfunctioning and not able to read multiple checks. Even if the check is computer-generated and the amounts are clear as day, their ATM's cannot read them. My new issue is now I can't login online. Their system cannot seem to store and recall my login information, and constantly makes me re-enter it manually. When I call their automated help line, it cannot recognize my account information. To say I'm frustrated with Together Credit Union's decline in service, is an understatement.

    Went to open a bank account and was given the run around by a few different employees. I was first told it was too busy for a walk in which I understood. I made a appointment only to come in and be told they don’t take appointments for new business accounts they only allow you to drop off the paper work because it can take a few days. We I asked around how long they could even give me an estimate amount of days. I wanted to give them a chance to get their stuff together considering their business name. I left all paper work waited a week and still heard nothing. I walked in asked for my paper work since no one has been in contact. After having some trouble finding it I had to show my id and I received no apologies and no explanation. Honestly I just wanted to come Bank and a place that I was familiar with from childhood but together does not have their stuff together.

    Overall, I hate this place. The credit union changes it's name about every 3 years, and it's systems, which causes a huge hassle for customers. In the past few years, I have had debit card use issues from their network, checks issued with the wrong account number on them, constant app failures and upgrades, closing the credit union for upgrades, and wait times on the phone over an hour. I got my mortgage from another lender because the staff here are generally unavailable and take days to call you back. The rates are good, but that's it.

    I really haven't had a good experience with this bank thus far. I'm pretty close to closing my account actually. I've wasted my gas & time going to different branches. Sadly, I've wasted even more gas & time going to this particular branch. If I'm not sure about something in regards to my account, when I call the branch or the member center everyone has a different answer. No one seems to be on the same page. That nonsense is unacceptable. I don't like banks that aren't knowledgeable, user or people friendly. Hopefully I have a more positive experiences in the future...

    I've had credit unions all of my life and work with a variety of lenders due to my career in real estate. The poor customer service and lack of communication (emails ignored for weeks despite multiple inquiries) was astonishingly bad; I've never seen anything like it and I've worked with less than communicative out of state lenders on behalf of clients.

    I absolutely hate the drive up "tellers". If I wanted to deal with a machine I would deposit my money into the ATM. Secondly every time the drive-up teller ATM machines are down the drive up window is useless, where as when there were actual people at the drive through it didn't matter if the machines were down.

    Scam credit union don't use them they will assist dealers in selling deadly airbag recall cars when they should be there to protect us not screw us over and fund predatory loans with dean team group do not use them go to SCOTT CREDIT UNION OR FIRST COMMUNITY AMERICAN EAGLE / Anheuser-Busch HAS BAD LOANS AND EVAN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My wife and daughter could of ben killed!!!!

    Worse credit union period they lend money to dealers that fund preditory loans they and the dealer knew about the deadly takata recall that was on the car they sold my wife and should of never ben offered for sale you should not lend 25k on a car that has an active safety recall what kind of bank is this and they work with dean team and sell all these extra warranties and expensive insurance items are a requirement of the lender which is not true go to Scott credit union or first community they actually have better loans and have your back👎👎👎 Mike tornatore is a scam artist and there lawyer advised them to shun me clearly they put there profits first run from this credit union tons of better rates and options else where Not to mention they talked to me about my wife’s account without her consent or verification which is shady business practices and they should not be discussing things with out verification from my wife I could of Ben any one how do u explain that one!!!
