Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Hampton Ave, St. Louis

I have been banking with them for over 5 years. They never seemed to approve me for a credit card or an auto loan. Thinking about switching to a credit union that doesn't charge ridiculous fees and actually look out for the best interest of their customers

I came in at about 5 minutes until 4 to cash in some change and the man greeting customers told me their vault was closed due to them closing at 4 and that they would not be able to cash it. I thought they closed at 5, so I apologized and said I’d be back on a different day. I came in a few days later and he informed me they don’t cash change onsite and that they have to send it off and it would take 14 days to get int my account. If he would have told me this the first time I came in I wouldn’t have come back! He acted like I was an annoyance asking to cash in my change. I have an account here, so it’s not like I’m some random person trying to cash some change. And also what kind of bank doesn’t cash change onsite? Guess I’ll go to coinstar! :(

I came in for notary signature , and got told that they only do it for their customer , that’s fine I understand . then I want to open a checking account since I don’t see any chase back around ( I’m new here ) , and she told me there’re $5000 maintain daily minimum , actually it’s only $1500 I see online . I don’t remember her name lol , but seemed like she is the supervisor with blue jacket . I do feel she did it on purpose that made me not open an account here . So disappointed.

I was the victim of fraud and was quite upset. After speaking with a customer service agent on the phone I was told to head into a local office. Since this occurred on a Friday afternoon I was really worried about having access to my account over the weekend. I was seen quickly and with great courtesy by Nakeva. She was very friendly and helpful and calmed me down quite a bit. Thanks Nakeva! Unfortunately they weren't able to have my funds back into my account until the following Monday but I understand that the investigation takes time, especially when most places don't open their business offices on the weekend.

The person that helped she was really nice and I like her.

This location has terrible customer service and there is always a long line! Last time I was here I waited behind 14 ppl only 2 tellers, today 8 people only one teller.

They have 1 bank teller.. with 20+ people waiting in line.. don't waste your time here. Go to a different bank.

Longest line ever. At least 1 hour every time.

Some of the tellers are mouthy and rude. You must wait in line forever. Please don't waist your time going here. Do your self a favor and go to Regions or a credit union. Anywhere but this bank.

Been in line for over 30min and counting to complete a withdrawal that I can’t do at the atm.
