    I am TIRED of dealing with the poor customer service! Hung up on.. transferred to 4 different people on one call saying that one person can do it, but then being told that that the person or department I was just taking to can help me…….. I have never dealt with a company who cannot seem to update their information at all! This is the second time this institution has added over $1000 to my car loan all because their silly systems won’t update my insurance information that I have sent in twice and called and spoke with 2 individuals about as well. I have had the same insurance with the SAME POLICY NUMBER and they STILL need me to “verify” this is current……… CONE ON FIRST COMMUNITY!!! IVE GIVEN YOU WHAT YOU ASKED FOR TWICE NOW!! WHY DO I HAVE TO VERIFY THE INSURANCE IVE HAD AND HAVNT CHANGED IS STILL CORRECT?! WHATS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR YOU TO GIVE ME A BREAK?! Do you want to know my blood type? Would you like piece of my liver? How about a Kidney or a lung?!! No?? THEN GET RID OF THIS CHARGE OFF OF MY ACCOUNT AND STOP HARASSING ME FOR STILL YOU CAN VERIFY YOURSELVES! You’re more than welcome to call me with any concerns… last time I called.. your rep hung up on me after placing me on a hold… SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GOT THERE!! One thing I’ve noticed too, You all only seem to care about your positive reviews and only comment on those.. What gives? Are the rest of us who have issues just chopped liver to you and we can simply be brushed off your shoulder? wow… just wow….. This company and the people in it needs to learn a thing or from the Air Force.. INTEGRITY FIRST! SERVICE BEFORE SELF! EXCELLENCE IN ALL YOU DO! you clearly lack these core values..

    I’m sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience it caused. We spoke with the department that handled the situation, and they were able to fill us in. We were able to verify insurance coverage and issue a refund on 7/8, and a credit was placed on your account on 7/11. I took over this role in March and have been tasked with recognizing and responding to our positive and negative online reviews.     I went to us bank to open acct. They were too busy they said. So I just went across the street and they lady was wonderful. 10inutes and on my way. No hassle

    I recommend first community to anyone I talk to that isn’t happy with their bank or credit union. I started as a customer through my car loan - a really great rate. I decided to open a checking account to make loan payments easiest. Over time I moved more and more of my money and financial needs to them because of their consistent ability to service clients quickly and with great customer service.

    I would give them less than 1 star if I could! If you are going to cosign for a loan, this is the worst bank to do business with by far! I cosigned for my daughters car. She was late on a payment and they were supposed to be working with her to defer 3 payments to the end of the loan, due to covid19 issues. I bought a new truck and learned that my credit score took a 100pt hit due to 2 late payments. I immediately tried to get a manager on the phone to assume the loan or work out paying the loan off so it could not further injure my credit score. After 2 weeks of not being able to get a supervisor on the phone or a return call, I finally just went in and paid off the loan in full......Will never do business with this bank again!

    So I always come to this location. However, today I needed to go to member services because I lost my card. I signed in. The only person waiting! LITERALLY. I waited about 5 mins. No big deal, right! WRONG. It was 3 of them open. Also, I watched this lady keep looking at me and playing on her phone. So she seen me but decided to ignore me. Her desk says Manager which makes it worse l! I even watched her watch me leave. I would like to know what made me be IGNORED!!!!

    Cheyenne is amazing! Had my car broken into and she helped me handle everything, while we were waiting for my new card to print she even helped me make sure I had everything ready for the DMV! She went above and beyond. I don’t usually go to this branch and I will be going out of my way to make sure all of my interactions can be with Cheyenne. Great experience.

    UPDATE: Still unable to close account. "Come back tomorrow." Translation: take more time off work and throw it away because we probably won't be able to do anything. I'm actually writing this review while in line (for the second time today). I'm attempting to pay off my auto loan primarily because of how inconvenient it is to work with this company. They are completely confused. From needing to fill out forms manually to pay any amount online, to receiving multiple letters and threats that my insurance was lapsed(which never happened) it is a royal pain at every turn. It took three phone calls (the first two disconnected after waiting on hold for a while) to get an answer how to pay this off. "Easiest way is to come in to a branch with a cashier's check for the remainder of your loan & title." If this is the "easiest way"?! So far today, I've waited at my other bank, paid for a cashier's check, made my way here. My first attendant was confused if I'll even be able to get a lien release, then told me I actually needed ~$3 more than what is on my account as of checking 7 hours ago. The difference was for interest which apparently does not show online, though this is what the person on the phone told me being in. Soooooo went to ATM, got cash, returned. Their computers are down, so it's past closing time but there's a line to the door. Can't say I'm not surprised, but just praying I'll be done with this company after today.

    I have a checking and savings account here, as well as an auto loan with an incredible interest rate. I’ve communicated directly with one woman for most of my time with them and I’ve only had the most helpful, positive experiences with flexibility and simplicity on their end.     After reading some reviews, I was timid to enter. I prepared myself for a difficult time and was pleasantly surprised. They were SO helpful and kind. If anything, I saw some obvious difficult guests, but they kept professional and was able to assist me quickly and with the upmost customer service. Definitely glad I got my loan through them. I will update if anything changes in future visits.
