TD Bank New Leicester Hwy, Asheville

This bank is awesome! I was kind of confused on the app on how much money I actually had in my bank account. And I've had quite a few overdraft fees since I've had this bank account and they have helped me by clearing quite a few of them. Nice people every single time I've talked to them!

Never use there mobile app to deposit checks I've been. Waiting days for it to show in my account and there customer service can't even give you a straight answer I got told different days it might clear by I would recommend never using the mobile deposit on the app there customer service is about useless

This is a terrible bank. There is absolutely no option to have them deny automatic payments. So if you have insufficient funds expect the automatic payment to take out and get charged an overdraft fee. If it stopped there it would be understandable, but no..... Payment is returned (overdraft is not), and then the automatic payment will try to go through a SECOND time and you will get charged a SECOND over draft fee. and this can happen up to 5 times a day and there is no way to stop it. HOW NICE, and the people at the bank are so great they don't help at all because they cant. I've had countless problems with TD this is just the cherry on top.

They didn’t have a manager that works at this location, highest employee was the cashier. She would repeatedly unclear checks that had clear(and did again) and then tell me how lucky I am that she didn’t put fees on the money I had used. Still to this day they can’t even cash checks(at a 10$ fee) written from their bank. I would never advise anyone use this bank or this location. Completely terrible service for over 6yrs

TD Bank is a spectacular bank, and definitely provides for its customers. I beg for an 🏧 , close to the east canton exit, or the downtown area of Canton, NC - 28716. It would really help your customers dearly.

I went in to take out a business loan awhile ago. The manager of the branch had me sign all the paperwork but insisted I didn't put a date on anything. I thought that was strange. I wait to hear an answer. I call and leave a message for the branch manager not once but twice, and my calls were never returned. Never heard an answer one way or another. The bank I ended up choosing granted me the loan within 48 hours and has been paid in full already.

This has to be the worst TDBank location. Every teller is rude, unprofessional, sarcastic, and insulting. Because of the above I have closed my account. If I could give no stars I would.

This has happened multiple times now, I've had money in my account one day, and not spend a dime then check my account the next day and it will be in the negatives, and double charged overdraft fees so now it's overdrawn by 89 dollars.

If I could give less stars I would.

Always personable, polite and helpful. Been banking here for years.
