This is a fine location if you have to deposit or take money out. If your planning on meeting with someone about accounts or loans, stay away. The bankers here are not helpful or knowledgeable enough to help with simple clerical changes. I was able to go to another local branch to quickly address the things I needed to get done. The atm works as expected, everything else not so much .

Not sure if every branch is this awful, but this is the worst place to bank. Multiple times ATM machine undercounted cash deposits, and each time employees and branch manager acted like they’ve never heard of this happening. Just recently they deducted a large $amount for a NSF check that doesn’t belong to me and that they do not show being deposited to my account. Hours after talking to branch manager and fraud prevention it is still not corrected. Needless to say I’m changing banks.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO! Horrible treatment of their customers in regards to loans and mortgages. After a terrible experience dealing with them on a personal loan we should have learned and taken our business elsewhere but when we decided to refinance our home figured it might be easier to go through Wells Fargo since they already had our mortgage. Contacted a loan adviser who walked me through the process, gave us a estimate of the rate and savings and then sent us an application link and said he'd be our contact if we had any questions along the way. Started to fill out the application but had issues logging back in to complete the app so I emailed the advisor and asked for assistance, no reply. I called later that day and left a voicemail, no reply. Called a couple hours later and was told by another advisor he was on a call and he told her he'd call be at 5pm that night, no call. I know he was working as his co-worker confirmed. To this day I have NEVER received any communication from the advisor and have since refinanced with another company and no longer have a mortgage with Wells Fargo. Although I still get almost daily mailings from them offering to refinance. They fail to fulfill the most basic customer service needs and seems they almost TRY to give the worst service possible. They have lost a large loan and a customer. Advise anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance to work with someone else. Ended up going with a local mortgage lender and the experience was amazing, always a prompt response and closed in less then 2 weeks. Don't waist your time with Wells Fargo, its not worth the stress. You shouldn't have to beg someone to take your business or money.

This has nothing to do with m recent call. In the spring of 2021, I changed the address of my business to a PO box. Some information was lacking, apparently; not something I did, I only did what I was asked to do. My account was frozen--nothing coming in or out since July 15, 2021! WF told me that I was informed by mail: I WAS NOT. I have multiple other ways to get in touch if one doesn't work! E-mail, PHONE, text. I make my living by having EFTs come directly to my Well Fargo checking account. AND, since my account was frozen, the companies that send me my hard-earned money could not send EFTs to my WF account; so they froze my accounts from their end. It took 2 days before someone could tell me what had happened. It took a week for my Well Fargo accounts to be fluid once more. Today is 9/13/21 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECOVERED MY MONEY FROM MY EFTS AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ALL OF MY ACCOUNT UNFROZEN FROM THOSE WHO WOULD SEND ME EFTS. Of course, I was charged numerous insufficient funds fees because my bill payments were not working either. I asked for that money to be reimbursed to me by WF. I have received only PERCENTAGES of reimbursement!!! I had to wire money to one of the companies I owed and I was charged that fee as well!!!! And when I asked for reimbursement, I was given only a percentage. During this entire ordeal, no ONE 'Sorry', nothing was satisfactory about this situation. I will no longer trust my business to Wells Fargo. I will move my accounts ASAP.

Understaffed and slow because maybe they can squeeze a few more dollars out by reducing total hourly wages. I'd believe any horror story i ever heard about this place. A bad location of one of the worst banks in america.

Not thrilled with my Wells Fargo. I have tried calling them multiple times, all I get is a long hold and then they hang up. Their lines are unbearable at the drive thru with huge wait times. All I want is access to their night deposit box so they can quit wasting my time. Now is the time to step up customer service not ignore your customers. I may just be time to switch to a bank that wants my business. Get with it Wells Fargo.

If you want to be treated like a pawn with an understaffed, disorganized branch....look no further! Wells Fargo brings their poor treatment of humans to a whole new level here! I'm so breaking up with this whole bank. Nobody answers the phone and you need an appointment to get their freaking fax number so I can relay it back to a loan department to fax information I should have online access to. So frustrating and what a broken circle jerk experience.

After waiting in line in my car for 30 minutes, I got to within 50 feet of the teller at 3:45 pm on Friday, 5/15/2020 and was told the bank was not taking anymore customers. My $20,000.00 cash will now have to wait until Monday to be deposited. I am now thinking of closing my WF account and going to a more responsive and customer oriented bank.

Went to get something notarized today, was having a good day, until some lady who looked in her 50s says RUDELY, because I do not have an account with them, I can't get anything notorized. Confused, I call wells fargo customer service. They tell me that I CAN get it notarized with a simple appointment. No wonder this place is rated 2.9 with mostly 1 stars.
