    This morning I pulled up to the drive up window. There were no other customers in line. I was not greeted by a smile or a good morning until I said good morning. I deposit money into my Moms account and I simply asked the teller to verify the address to ensure it was going to the correct account. He told me I wasn’t on the account and this was not possible. I told him I’ve done this at other TD banks and he was adamant about not doing this. I told him the number of the address and I only needed him to confirm and he still would not. I told him I would never come to this back again. Unfriendly, not helpful and incompetent this teller was.

    Sweetha a customer service representative in the building first accused me of overdraft my account, insisting that I did not sign up for an overdraft protection, which I DID! (She printed out the over draft protection) then after an hour of sitting there we figure out that it was the maintenance fees that overdrafted my account. I was already frustrated because she had given me three different answers, as well as accusing me but we proceeded I was about to pay off the balance for their mistake and deposit about $600! she asked me if I wanted to stick with the original account that I already had or do another one, I said “sure” her response was “I need a straight answer”…. I also would have liked a straight answer… as well I also would’ve liked to have not been accused of overdraft in my account or being told I didn’t have overdraft protection but I didn’t get that so I proceeded to leave, I grabbed my ID, my old card and the paperwork that she had printed out from 2018! Next thing I know she is trying to stop me grabbing the paperwork out of my hand “I said ma’am please let go of my paperwork” she said “no”! We continued until my wallet ID and keys fell on the floor under her desk! so I proceeded to pick up my stuff and mind you she didn’t move I had to ask her to move her leg so I can get my stuff off the floor she finally let go of the papers and said she was sorry!!! I went home and called TD they dropped the fee all of that for what!!!!!

    It's 2022 and they still have their bathrooms closed. When asked, they told me there were lots of businesses in the area that had bathrooms available. It seems to me they chose not to offer a bathroom because they can get away with it right now and they don't care about their customers. To say the batjroons are closed to prevent the spread and then tell me there are plenty of other public bathrooms is insulting to anyone with a brain. I closed my account and it's another company I will never again give my business to after showing their true colors these past two years. Goodbye forever TD Bank.

    I don’t understand the negative reviews. They all seem to be years old. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service is as fast as it can be considering every customer is different.

    I've always had a pleasant experience whenever I go go the teller. And when I've had to speak to a banker , it's always been prompt and courteous.

    The staff working in this branch is the worst I've encountered. I went there to close my account, one of the financial services representative (I won't speak of his name here just to save his face) just withdrew my funds and never closed out my account and I was charged an overdraft fee until I called their assistance manager and find out what happened.

    Was just at this branch at 2:05pm today get a new Debit card, make a deposit, and update a potentially dormant account. There was no line, at all. 3 different bank employees asked me why I was there (greeter/teller, bank manager, and a sales rep). I was ushered over to a chair and left there for 35 minutes! I was told the next available sales rep would help me. That did NOT happen. The next available sales rep then walked past me, smiled at me, then went to assist someone else that had just arrived in the bank lobby. It seemed that no one wanted to assist a dormant account. Why the bank manager didn't take the time is beyond my comprehension. No commission for them, maybe? I was there so long that one of sales reps actually went out to CVS and returned, and meanwhile I sat there. I left at 240pm after telling the bank manager and sales rep that 35 minutes is too long, and that I was supposed to be taken care of next, and was not. TD Bank is good at greeting customers, but not good at helping them. Terrible service, I intend on letting corporate know..

    I like the bank for there hrs! The tellers are great. The thing that really ticked me off was when they did away with the end lane. Which was the only drive up lane my truck would fit in to put in a drive up ATM!!! They already have an ATM inside the front door before you go in the lobby. Why do they need another? Now I can't use the drive up windows at all when the lobby closes because people complained about having to get out of their cars to use the ATM. They should've put the drive up ATM in a middle lane so bigger vehicles could use the drive up.
