I was completely impressed by the incredible car buying experience at Lexus of Bridgewater. Sales team treated me with respect and kindness. Peter Palma went above and beyond to make my car deal as smooth and pleasurable as possible. He was incredibly easy to work with and answered every question I had. Lee Halpert helped me get the price of the car close to the range plus the negotiated trade in deal for my BMW X5. Just finalized my 2nd leased vehicle from Lexus of Bridgewater with my Sales Rep, DAWN DOBROSIELSKI. As with my 1st lease of a vehicle from this dealer back in 2015, the process was a pleasant and pain free experience. That is all due to Dawn. This is my 12th leased vehicle and although I didn't think I would be in another Lexus, they offered me a great deal, so I am again driving one of the most exciting cars I have ever leased. Dawn is not your typical car salesperson. She is almost like a good friend, asked about how I have been, my family and new grandkids and she is most sincere and heartfelt. She treats you with the utmost respect and professional support, no pressure! Asks you what you want and did everything in her power to get that accomplished. And her support does not end when the deal is complete. Anything I need, any questions, she is always available. Lexus of Bridgewater may be the best rated luxury dealer in the area, but their sales personnel are the foundation of their success! They are extremely lucky to have Dawn on their Sales Team!! First off, I would like to start by stating that I rarely take the time to do any dealership reviews because the experience is almost never outstanding BUT the extremely satisfying service I received from Eddie Ruggirello require a glowing review of Lexus of BridgeWater. From the very first exchange I had with Eddie S, I felt at ease and comfortable with driving all the way from Baltimore to Bridgewater with my 2 year old daughter and father in tow. We ran into an issue heading to the dealership and ended up showing up very late but Eddie and Rodger went out of their way to make sure we were taking care of. The amazing customer service we received was equally matched by the state of the dealership. It is extremely well kept, well maintained with ample food in the lunch room, the restrooms were pristine and there was a very nice entertainment room off of the very large and well light showroom. My daughter had a wonderful time and was entertained by Eddie and the very nice lady at the reception who both tended to her with toys and cartoon shows. Eddie S is an outstanding gentleman, family man and exception sales consultant. We never felt pushed or rushed as part of the process and we felt immediately at ease around him. He promptly listened to all the questions we had and made sure they were fully answered. His knowledge of the car we were purchasing was impressive and showed that he took the time to study the car and provide all the needed answers. He held my daughter for a while while I was tending to some business and even took the time to send a very nice and touching thank you note. Who does that nowadays!!! A truly pleasant experience from the beginning to the end which is something I've come to never expect from any car purchase!!! Rodger Pannucci was equally pleasant and worked with us to ensure that we were happy with our car purchase process. His straightforwardness, disciplined and very pleasant demeanor were greatly appreciated. Eddie, Rodger and Lexus of Bridgewater have exceeded all my expectations and earned my referrals and business for future car purchases. Best dealership I've ever done business with. Anna is a huge asset there, and Eddie is a great salesman. This is my 4th Lexus, and first time at Bridgewater. I won't go to any other dealership but them. 5 stars is not enough.

Buyer beware. This is no longer a Penske owned dealership and their service prices have increased greatly. They admittedly confirmed that they are more expensive and didn't seem to care too much what i thought. It is a shame because the service team and the sales teams were always very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, i will not be buying the Lexus truck my wife wanted and will be staying with Mercedes. Mark S. Warren, NJ

Yuri did such an amazing job. He went the extra mile to meet our needs. He is patient and caring. He showed us all the cars that we wanted to look at and went over all the options. Every step of the way he was excited and enthusiastic and honest. Even after the sale, when I came for a follow up visit, he saw my car, came sinning outside and went through the features we were not able to cover when I bought the car because I had to leave. I have had a Lexus GX470 for several years, a really great car that has served me super well. Recently completed a long divorce which financially drained me and wanted to "trade down," to a smaller more economical car. I wanted to shop with the Lexus dealership I've been coming to for all these years--Eddie R reached out to me and was sincere, helpful, not at all what one would expect from the stereotype of car salesmen (smile!), and worked with me to get the best package I could on one of their pre-owned inventory. A great experience. I hope to be back in the not too distant future to "upgrade" again, and I hope that Eddie will still be a valued member of the Lexus of Bridgewater staff when I do come back. A follow up to my initial review: the used car is non-Lexus, and came with only one key. Eddie arranged for a second key, with a loaner car, and when the service department came back and said they couldn't get the key made as anticipated within one day, Eddie reached out to me personally to let me know the details. I would definitely not only shop at your dealership again, but also recommend Lexus of Bridgewater to others--and Eddie specifically. Thanks again.

After about a year of doing business with Lexus of Bridgewater, I can state that all of my interactions with both sales and service dept. have been excellent. They are clearly in the business of customer satisfaction. Clearly, they are not the cheapest because it's Lexus but there are 'specials' you can take advantage of. As a recent example, they brought my car back to my local office after servicing the car because they didn't have a loaner car available that day. Probably not an everyday occurrence but I certainly appreciated being able to keep working instead of fetching the car and well worth noting here in a review.

Eddie R. was great to work with during the process of buying my used car. He was able to answer any questions I had and was easy to keep in touch with throughout the entire process. Overall I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking to get a car.
