    I've been around a lot of dealerships in the tri-state, but nothing beats the experience I had with Acura Bridgewater. Everything just was just so easy and smooth. If you are a car enthusiast, this place is worth checking out since they have a large collection of sports cars. Look for Kaz Zarieh, the guy delivers.

    I purchased a pre-owned TSX and found the experience to be relatively painless and actually pleasant. The dealership's certified pre-owned inventory was extensive. I found a model with low mileage that had all the tech features that I was looking for and the price was definitely right. Anthony Spano, my sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful, even delivering the car to my door. After visiting another dealership in the area, where I was shown a very limited inventory and given very little information, I was relieved to find a dealership that would take me through the various models and their features. The finance department offered various maintenance plans, but it was not a hard sell, which was appreciated. I appreciated Anthony's low key demeanor and professionalism as well. Overall, my experience with this dealership was very positive.

    Great experience. Adam was top notch, very honest and very helpful. My wife and I were treated very nicely, and after experiencing a few other dealerships were we were quickly dismissed because we may look too young, or who knows what, to be able to buy a car; this was a very refreshing experience.

    UPDATE: Tina from the dealership reached out to me after reading my review and we had a very pleasant conversation. She apologized for what happened and offered me a refund for the cost of the services I had to get done to the car. She is very professional and friendly. She has overturned my sourness for the dealership. She is awesome. I would definitely buy again from this dealership and have my car serviced there. I recently purchased 2012 TL and the sales transaction when very smooth. Sales person Peter was very friendly, and overall dealership was a very pleasant atmosphere. However, a few things happened after the sale that has soured my liking for them and I would not recommend them to anyone. During the test drive, I informed the sales associate that the car needed an alignment as it was pulling to the left. He said he would get that taken care of and service done on the car before I picked it up, which would be 2 days later. (I drove from CT to NJ to get this car as they had a manual shift and that’s what I wanted.) When I returned to pick up the car and was driving it home to CT I noticed the alignment wasn’t done. I took the car to my local Acura dealer and they did the alignment for $99. They also informed me that the car needed an oil change. The oil on the dipstick was black and smelled burnt. Windshield washer fluid was empty. This tells me that a service wasn’t performed on the car. Being that I am an out of state buyer, I was given 21 day temporary tags. On Day 15 I called Peter to find out why I hadn’t yet received my permanent registration tags; he said he would find out and call me back. I called him again the next day and the day after that and left him voicemails, still no call back. Day 18, I called the general sales manager, still waiting for a call back too. Day 19, the person who answers the phone at the dealership put me in touch with the lady who does the registration. But she couldn’t tell me what was going on, only said there was a problem. I called her again on Day 20, she still couldn’t tell me when I’d get my tags, she even started laughing and said stuff happens. I wanted to reach through the phone and smack her, but I remained calm. Long story short I got my tags 5 days after the temporary ones had expired. So I wasn’t able to drive my car during that time. And I had to pay the $25 FedEx fee(which they deducted from the registration estimate paid upfront) to have the tags overnighted to me. Great place to buy a car and good prices but once the deal is done it’s like they don’t give a damn about you anymore.

    We just leased and Acura RDX and I am extremely happy! John and Murad were amazing! They both took the time to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Usually I'm dreadful of going to a dealership and getting haggled by sales people who just want you to make a purchase, however my experience at Bridgwater Acura ( specifically with Murad and John) changed my perspective. Both guys were friendly and helpful .They went over our options and had patience answering all our questions/concerns. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle! have already recommended them to 2 of my friends! Thank you guys so much I absolutely love my car!

    Stopped by earlier this month to check out a 2015 VW Golf GTI they had listed online. Called two days in advance and Mr. Murad Stokes facilitated the whole thing! Set up an appointment for that weekend to check it out and test drive, and after some negotiating the whole crew was kind and helpful throughout the process. It was my first car, and I was extremely happy to drive off the lot in a Tornado Red GTI that day! Big thanks to them hooking me up! Would recommend.
