Sherri helped my husband and I with opening an IRA at PECU and moving investments money from the market into more conservative places there. It was an ordeal with lots of moving pieces, not the least of which was dealing with two rapidly aging seniors! She was so patient , competent, and a complete joy to work with! Can’t thank her enough, even tho I still don’t like their “new” RR location cause it is far from us and hard to get to. But we have been with PECU for over 50 years and love everything about them except that! They do a great job in every way!!!

I have been a member for about two years and my favorite thing about PECU is the excellent service. I joined PECU after spending 20 years at a large, impersonal bank. Everyone that I have done business with at a branch or online has been very nice and helpful. The user experience of online banking is intuitive and is not based on funneling you into additional products or offerings. I recommend this credit union to everyone eligible to join. For those of you looking to make the jump from a large bank to a credit unition, PECU’s online banking tools are identical in most and superior in many ways to anything the big banks offer.

Did an RV loan through PECU last week. The sellers were from out of town so was a little more complicated with getting original signatures, etc. Sherry Linebarger did an amazing job of keeping everyone informed and moving things along. This was my second loan with PECU and they have always been efficient and professional.

I opened my first account with PECU when I was in high school and have been a member ever since. Through my business ventures I have had accounts at other banks, but none compare with the service, friendliness, and genuine interest they have for their members at PECU. I always come back to PECU for my car loans, checking accounts, money market accounts and other business needs. The ladies in the Round Rock branch are the best and always greet me by name--you won't find a better group at any other bank. PECU's Member Service department is fabulous about answering questions and helping when they upgrade their online banking. I highly recommend PECU if you need a credit union.

My experience With Sherry and Brenda was excellent They made the whole loan experience easy and they were very Punctual to reply to any Questions I had , This is my Third loan. My 1st 2 loans were with Sherry and she was awesome I will continue to go to this location in Round Rock For my future loans and I highly recommend them

I have been a PECU member for over 30 years and consistently received excellent customer service. Their website is easy to navigate and informational. They also have a mobile app that will provide you access to your accounts.

Brenda Jones was extremely helpful and courteous changing and setting up my account. I can't thank her enough!

Very nice people to deal with, always gave me clear instructions on what to do. They handled a buy out of a higher interest rate loan and were able to get me a much better interest rate with a much lower payment. Highly recommend!!
