Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Ranch Rd, Austin

I’ve been stuck with a BOA auto loan for 4 years now and their service has been in decline. It gets worse every year and their app/online features literally make it difficult to pay your bill sometimes cause late fees. How convenient. I’m never opening another account with this soulless company. It’s really a shame they took the name “bank of America” because they are the least American company I’ve done business with. Stay local my friends.

Great department which I admire for helpfulness, politeness and being customer-centric. I tried others which were closer to my location but really prefer to do extra miles and time to be in the right place. Management is totally up to the clients and tries to come through every case effectively.

So glad I drove out to this specific branch. They were friendly and efficient. Thank you for being so helpful!

Conveniently location, tons of lanes for ATM, friendly staff are the highlights of this Bank. Though I won't say it is the best looking bank, but that is not something that will stop me from going here. Today, we walked in and the lady at the counter welcomed us with a big smile. What more can you ask for? A big smile and perfect service is all we crave for. These guys are doing it well.

Bankers would greet me when i come in but they can't do anything, only 1 person at the counter and all it took is for one customer to have some issues, the other customer will wait 30 minutes in line easy. I don't need you to greet to me nicely, i just need fast service, speed up the line please!!! Also the manager here is really bad when you come and withdraw money if it is a few thousands or more, he always asks "what do you use the money for???" It is non of his business.

One of the worst locations for this chain, and I'm not impatient when it comes to waiting at banks. I must say the actual tellers here are great people and very helpful. It's the managment that's just awful. Very rude, very pushy, always awkwardly trying to talk loudly about private finances. Chronically understaffed at the busiest times. If I didnt have to come here for work I would NEVER come here. Disgraceful.

I had a great experience at this BOA! Everyone was so friendly and caring and understanding. Joanne was especially welcoming and helpful. I felt like an important client to them and that’s what made this experience great thank you!

Edit...... i went to a different bank of america and had 0 issues. They did not question the validity of my check or treated me with disrespect. Needless to say brushy creed bofa sucks.......I have had no problems cashing out checks here until recently. Evrrytime I say I don't bank with them they won't cash my check and I have had success cashing checks without saying I bank with chase. The short stocky man on the floor was rude as well. He asked what bank I am with... I replied chase and I am also looking for a bank to use as my cheking. He said you better keep looking the signature on this check isn't matching up. Rude and unprofessional. Bank of america always falling short on customer service AS USUAL. California to Texas they are all the same......

It's your basic FI. I worked in CUs for many years and while this BofA location can be a little slow to get moving, they are polite and professional. Their products are no different from anywhere else since all FIs basically sell the same things.
