PNC Bank Chippewa St, St. Louis

Specialist who see you when you enter the bank is so rude. And they can not do the precession what you have to do. I came three times to open online banking still did not be fixed

I’ve always loved PNC and this location is no exception. Friendly employees and fast service. They’re also open until 6pm on the weekdays which is great for folks like me who work until 5.

I've always received prompt and courteous service for a variety of banking needs. They were helpful in getting a bridge mortgage for a short term between purchase of new house and sale of old one. Also helpful with investments, wire transfers, etc. No problems with ATM.

Regina B. is so helpful! I feel like I've never had a relationship with my banker before but Regina is wonderful. She's kind, patient, knowledgeable, and I feel like she genuinely cares. Give this woman a raise, PNC!!! And thank you Regina!

Use a different bank. PNC is a pain to deal with! I was a customer since the National City days, and it used to be just fine. They keep cutting services and don't allow you grandfather in your old account types. I finally jumped ship to Ally Bank and have been very pleased with the switch. PNC was terribly frustrating with poor customer service (especially their corporate line) and lack luster product portfolio.

Outside ATM is always out of service. Tried getting inside to the ATM and since it was before 9am, I had to insert my card in the door slot...it wasn't working, maybe because it was 10 degrees outside, but there was an employee inside that was completely ignoring me...I was waving my arms and jumping up and down trying to get him to help and let me in.... and nothing.

Stole my paycheck in overdraft fees they caused refused to refund my money. Will not help you with any issues you have.

I have never had any problems dealing with this bank. Both my children and I have accounts.

Predatory lenders, this is where people go to bank when no other bank will give them an account. It's like the payday loan store of banks.

Bank sucks hold all deposits dont tell you that up front they lie looking for new bank
