Navy Federal Credit Union Collins Rd, Jacksonville

This review is for the Collins Road Branch in Jacksonville FL. This is the worst branch. We have been banking with NFCU for over 30 years and we absolutely love banking with NFCU. However, the Collins Road branch in Jacksonville FL treats me, my businesses and my accounts very terribly. They refuse to take my cash in the drive through and sends the tube back to me and tells me to come into the branch instead. I never get treated like this at other branches. This last time, they told me "You have been told before that you need to come in to deposit this much money." That is almost exactly how they said it. And once again, it is only this branch that refuses to take my money in the drive through. I am ready to take all our accounts out of NFCU just because of how horribly their service is at this branch. I would not be sad if this branch closes. So if I were you, take your money somewhere else because I'm getting ready to.

The atms here NEVER work. You have a better chance of hitting the lotto.

Omg so my car runs got and I needed to deposit my check and cash for overdue bills the line was long my car cut off I was told I was unable to walk up to the teller was sent to the ATM that didn't work but the ladies out front amazing. They not only closed off the arrive up ATM a worker stood with me for minutes trying to deposit my cash and check only for it not to process but she did not give up and had to go through soooo much and end of story my bill is currently paid thank you soo much ladies you don't know what that meant I forever owe you!!!!!! I will never never forget this moment I have had a rough month and crazy bday yesterday I love the dedication today outstanding work from the outside ladies!!!!!

Awesome people & trained to the tee! Wouldn't change banks unless I have problems like I did when child support was hounding me for another Victor Duncan!

Little to no help here and rush you out during closing time. This establishment has left a dirty taste in me and my wife’s mouth. They’ve stolen half her navy check for no reason and when we tried several times for explanation they never have a reason for stealing the money. Calling into the business or corporate is a living nightmare and the people on the line hate to be wrong so will argue eve when their logic doesn’t make sense and will refuse to better explain. Can’t wait to switch

We have been members for more than 25 years. NFCU has been there for us and we have had excellent service and assistance every time we asked. Collins Road branch is very nice....Thank You to all of their employees!

Fantastic staff. Staff is friendly helpful and professional. Waiting is kept to a minimum. Staff cleaned counter top after each customer.

Fantastic services!! The folks here are always professional, efficient, yet friendly. Having worked as a teller myself, when paying for college, I do understand how this position requires flexibility. Although I am normally at the Collins road branch, every facility I have visited has shown the same consistently high level of fantastic service. "Kudos" all around!

I'm a new member of this credit union. When I opened my account my rep was Jessie. She provided excellent customer service and took the time to answer all of my questions. The process of joining was fast and thorough.

Can't go lower, went 3 months trying to open a business account. They said articles of Corp must be changed to have created owners named removed. Our names were as new owners, but state of FLORIDA said the created owners names will remain on the articles. NF employees never called FL Sunbiz and Sunbiz said the bank should know this. After 3 months the new reason account had not been created, was my wife signature didn't look like her name. Mine nor does any DR signature looks like their name. In the meantime I had to write the business checks from my personal account while trying to get a mortgage from NF. If you don't think that set off red flags, wrong. Ended up with higher interest, dragged on pre-approval, then at closing they over charged me. In short time I will be moving my business to another bank. NF has gotten to big and stupid. Don't use the home buying program, you will deal with too many people that will just drag this out and you'll get screwed.
