Been there twice now, once through my insurance and the other I paid out of pocket. Both times they have done an exceptional job and provided quality work. Definitely my go to body shop.

Best customer service ever go see Matt! I wouldn’t go to any other body who in Jacksonville but Hanania!! I went in thinking I will be here waiting for an hour or so I was in and out and they even called for me to be picked up by enterprise. I have always brought my car here and I will never take it anywhere else.

Living in Jacksonville, it is inevitable that your car will inherit dings, dents, and scratches from other inconsiderate drivers who have a poor sense of space. When I had a minor accident that placed deep scratches on my front bumper, I decided enough was enough! I took my Hyundai to Hanania Collision Center and was given a prompt detailed estimate. I left my car at the center while I went on vacation. I was contacted twice to give me updates on my repairs. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I inspected my car to find that it was like new! The collision center had exceeded my expectations! Thank you very much!

Not the best communication but excellent quality of work and attention to detail. They were very reasonably priced, and they took excellent care of my truck. I received it repaired and cleaner than when I brought it in, spotless.

No one wants to have a ding in their car. If you do, use Hanania Collision Center. Matt took great care of me and my car. While I hope I never have to use them again, if so, I'm happy they are THE best auto collision center I have ever worked with.

Great Job! My minor collision turned into big repairs; it seems that auto manufacturers are trying to make money on parts as, even in the most minor collision heavy expenses are incurred. Headlights were not damaged but both had to be replaced because they were attached to the bumper cover with "plastic parts" and part broke upon impact along with other parts that should not have been impacted on a high end car. Enough venting about manufacturers. Hanania could not have been more courteous and I could not be happier with the end result. Matt was exceptional as were the girls in the front office. They (and a good insurance company) took all the stress off this widow's shoulders and made, what could have been a very difficult situation, as easy as possible. My car looks new again. I highly recommend Hanania Collision Center for all your auto body needs.

All of the staff is so great! Repairs done perfect :) I had to sit and wait a little bit with my 4yo in tow and they were so friendly and chatted with her amd even gave her snacks to keep her entertained. I would recommend this place over and over again to anyone.

No communication between the center and customers. Called several times to get a statis on my vehicle and did not get any call backs. Picked up my vehicle and was told the rear brake light was broken during repairs and they would order another light and would call me when it came in. After four weeks and not hearing back I called several times and was told Barry was on the phone and would call me back. No call back. I inspected the car and found the whole right side of the vehicle was scratched by the employee trying to clean the vehicle after the repairs were made. Do not take your vehicle to Hanania Collision Center for anything.......

Hanania Collision has done work on our European auto on numerous occasions. Each time has been a great experience and quality work.
