This company is full of it,I've been with them for about a year. I paid my car note and I called to let them know that my car will not cut on👀. They put me on hold and CLOSES and NOW I'm at WORK with no way to get home,who does this I'm lose for words. Im a WOMAN and have to pick up my kids,Im so loss for words right now im about to call the JAX 4 NEWS

Me and my fiancé bought a Dodge Journey from here September 2019 the car has been nothing but problems that started within two months of having the car for a place that charges as much as they charge the car should be reliable my fiancé is on dialysis and has missed numerous appointments because of this car it’s a lemon and everytime we go to the shop they tell you to go to they give u the run around then on top of that u have to pay $100 for them to look at the car then a deductible for service how is that right when they had to know dodge journeys are lemons and failed to tell us that these cars have tons of issues from alternators going bad to the ecu going bad
