Main Street was an excellent company to work with and I would recommend them to everyone in the business community. John Snyder was my rep and he was so helpful and professional. The approval process was fast and simple and Mr. Snyder was there to help me whenever I needed anything or had any questions. My phone calls and emails were answered very quickly. Using Main Street was one of the best business decisions I have ever made and I recommend calling John Snyder to secure your funding for that new truck or piece of equipment that your company needs. I will absolutely be doing business with Main Street in the future.

Before presenting me with lease terms or financial documents, this company drafted $3,000 out of my account as a "deposit" with a single page "agreement" that had fine print that says it's non-refundable. My attorney reviewed it, but deemed that even though it wasn't a legal document (because there were no terms attached to it) that this company had just worked me over. When I asked for my money back, I was told "take the 18.5% interest loan ($1 buyout lease) or we're keeping your $3,000. Of course, this is a financial crime, but the lawyers would charge more just to get my money back and this institution knows it. They've strategically aligned themselves to charge just the right amount to get away with robbery. No services were rendered, no loan documents were signed, no money was given to the equipment manufacturer. BUYER BEWARE.

Excellent customer service from experienced staff. They knew how to meet our companies needs with much less headache and time taken than working with my bank. I will continue to use Brent for our future financing requirements. He is a great guy and a true professional!

This company is a thief!!! I signed a contract to lease equipment on Oct 9,2015. I made first and last payment and processing fee of $1795.16. Since then, they have done nothing, but steal my money. I have emailed the company numerous times. They have promised to call me back, but never have! This is a bad company; they will steal your money!!!

I typically try to give someone the benefit of the doubt, however this company had finance contract with a dentist and shorted the funding to the equipment company and when the dentist and the equipment company attempted to resolve they were advised this would be taken care of and several months later they are no longer picking up the phone and returning E mails. The dentist is going to his legal counsel for resolution. Very suspicious of this company.
