M&T Bank Belair Rd, Baltimore

I have always received friendly service any time I have been inside the bank, without undue wait time. Sometimes the drive-up system is overloaded and a little slow.

Advised them that there was a skimmer device on the ATM machine right outside the main entrance, they didn't seem to be concerned. Just told me the machine would be serviced.

Very unprofessional. I attempted to open an account. I left after overhearing the tellers tone regarding my reason for visiting the location. I will not be banking with M&T Bank.

I like this bank it's nice but the only problem I have at this particular one is the atm have the issue the machine accepting cash is always disabled.

Fast and efficient though not friendly

M&t is a horrible bank especially this belair road (right next to planet fitness) location. They make it hard for people to obtain their own money, don't issue replacement cards, will give $100 courtesy cash but no more even with verification from mva. I ought to sue these mf's!!!! Account will be closed today!!!!!🎉🎉

Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in 50 years very rude I had a banking issue I was trying to resolve they left me feeling like they were not interested in my issue will never do banking with m&t again

My service was wonderful didn't have a long wait opened 2accounts .
