Full disclosure, I used to work for Bay Motors but do not any longer. I have no affiliation with the dealership at this point however my family has purchased a couple of vehicles from Bay Motors and couldn't be happier. The owner, Bay is very fair with his customers and even tries to bend over backwards for them in many instances. I was still working at Bay Motors when Mr. Lease purchased his vehicle. Bay went above and beyond to help their family out even though the warranty had expired and despite the fact that Mr. Lease's wife cursed out everyone at the dealership on multiple occasions. Take it from someone who has been on both sides, this is a great place to buy a car. No place is perfect but at Bay Motors you will be treated fairly and with respect.

Spoke to someone over the phone and was told a certain price of the vehicle. We drove over an hour and a half only for them to BS us even when we came up by $4k. The sales associate Paul got an attitude after we decided to come to some middle ground. After his attitude I told my husband that we can spend our $40k else where and that's what we did. You're better off going somewhere else. The owner/manager didn't even show his face and when we asked the sales associate to speak with him he wouldn't get him! GO TO ANOTHER PLACE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

A total waste of time. They will allow you to get a car, drive it off of the lot, then ask you to bring it back when their two-dollar system doesn't work. They are a rip-off. Purchased the car on 10/19, took it to BMW to have a diagnostic done, and everything was fine. Returned the car on 10/25. The fan on the car sounded off really loudly even when driving. On my way to get coffee, the engine symbol came on as well as the srs light. They sold me a lemon and a turned off all of the sensors. AVOID this dealership! Not to mention, how dirty the dealership is inside. The service department is closed off, so there's, absolutely, no reason for the inside to look, smell, and feel that disgustingly! Not to mention, RACIST VICKI! She asked for my supervisor's name. I told her and she had the audacity to ask "Is she Black or White?" WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE! She's a racist. End of story. Be mindful. You're better if going to CarMax or the actual dealership of the type of car that has your interest.
We usually don't respond to negative reviews. However, a negative review and lying are completely different and unacceptable. We sold Ms. Braxton a vehicle on 10/19, a beautiful 2013 BMW 3-Series, with a clean carfax and Certified MD State Inspection. There were no mechanical complaints or any other complaint from Ms. Chauniqua Braxton until after the car had to be returned because CareFirst (her employer) verified that her pay stubs were Fraudulent. The Finance company is actually the party that cancelled the deal due to Fraud and falsifying documentation. On 10/24, we asked her to come into the dealership and once again she lied and gave us false information. We did our due diligence and called Carefirst directly and spoke to the Payroll Team Lead as well as faxed the Supervisor the paystubs that Ms. Chauniqua Braxton presented to us. The Supervisor at CareFirst stated Ms. Braxton is a current employee. But the pay stubs Ms. Braxton was using did not belong to Carefirst. Chauniqua Braxton manipulated the pay rate, year-to-date income and carelessly forged the pay stub format improperly. We operate a reputable business and we do not condone fraudulent activity. Nor do we treat customers differently due to race, sex, gender, etc. At no point during our interaction with Ms. Chauniqua Braxton, did any employee or person at Bay Motors use derrogatory language or show any disrespect towards her. Even after we refunded Ms. Chauniqua Braxton the full down payment of $1,500.00 and took the vehicle back due to the fraudulent documentation, we still maintained full professionalism and respect towards her, We, too, feel that falsifying documents is a complete waste of time. In addition, if there was any problem with the vehicle, We're sure BMW would have found it, as Ms. Braxton stated above that everything was fine when she took it to the BMW dealer, This car is not a lemon. We sold it a few days later to another happy Bay Motors Customer. We went out of our way and gave Ms. Braxton the benefit of the doubt by allowing her to remain in the vehicle until she provided the promised documentation to clear her of the accusations against her. We've been in business for over 20 years and our repeat & referral business speaks highly of our reputation. Come out to Bay Motors and give us the opportunity to earn your business!

Terrible experience so far been waiting for over 6 six months to get this car issue resolved. They sold me a bad car said that they was going to fix but stalled me out. Every time I call Mr. Bay they claim he’s never there.

If you want someone to fake smile to your face, paint your nails, and rip you off this is not the place for you. If you are overwhelmed by the gigantic lots at the big used car dealers, want a prime selection of foreign and domestic cars at a near auction-direct price come to this smaller dealership right close to 695 and Bel Air Rd. As a family owned business, the owner and his daughter have a "no bull" approach to selling cars. Some people might not like this, but I found it completely refreshing in a world full of distasteful, deceptive advertising ploys (which are rampant in the used car world, c'mon). They will steer you to a good-looking, good value option for your life and budget. They just have good taste and you can tell when you drive by. Their lot has a much smaller selection than Carmax, but they have choice, attractive, and sensible selections. Don't come with a know-it-all distrustful attitude because this guy's MO is to give you something he would feel good about putting his daughter in. Also, having okay credit helps a lot with your payments if financing, but employees do a lot of ticking to adjust payments for people so they can meet their goals and be riding clean. They did it for me and although I was terrified to get a loan, it has been one of the best financial decisions I have made in the past few years. Getting out of my old money pit (which was in line for over 1000 bucks in new roters), even though I have a loan in the end has cost me less. From what I know from friends that had enough to buy up front or can put a lot of money down, they have gotten STEALS. The owner is much more able to give you a great price if he doesn't have to involve banks and financing (AKA greedy wallstreet jerks). I wouldn't have sent my mom and best friend if I didn't feel strongly that this is one of the better used car lots in the Baltimore Area.

I purchased a 2013 nissan altima from bey motors in 2015 a few months later my car was totaled by a drunk driver..Just recently I received a call from a representative saying I could still get a vehicle..Most of all they remembered me..They were great then, and they are now I wont do business with anyone else. Be careful after you buy the car HE SAYS ANYTHING YOU NEED FIXED OR LOOKED AT BRING TO HIM.. MR BAY.. and then gives you soo many problems after he already got your money he plays a lot of games.. they do not communicate with each other .. bay is a nasty whole different person after you get your car.. sets appointments and do not be there then the other employees do not know what your coming for because he didn’t communicate This place is full of it
