Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Belair Rd, Baltimore

The slowest bank in Baltimore Update: waited almost 2 hours in a line just for a deposit. There’s always 1 teller on the rare occasion when there are 2, one of them are walking around doing unnecessary tasks.

Slowest bank ever.i will never go inside again.then I want thru the drive thru an one of the machines was down an guy says its been like that for weeks

My son was profiled at your bank on Belair-Frankford ave by the tellers, l was present when it happened, the tellers made up all kinds of excuses not to cash he Bank of America pay check, because of his appearance. So after a few unkindly words from my son, we went to another Bank of America in the Harford Rd area , with nothing but good manners & Respect from these tellers my son decided to open up a account at that branch, myself l would never ever enter Bank of America again.

I went there today in person the special privileged lady told us that she had to go and stretch her legs . Huh!?! Leaving some of the people who were there waiting for 2 hours to be seen. Frankly this location is better to never be there.

Hassan espicially has no respect for disable . I was wsiting for him for 2 hours . And after, he ask me to take an oppointement to notorize a paper that take 2 min . Really ,you wasting time for a S citizen you dont even know that my ride wait for me outside and charge me 20 $ just because you even know how to manage custoner time . I already report you BOFA . You dont deserve to be in the team .

My first time here was when I went to deposit money into the bank account of a bitcoin seller. Bitcoin is a digital currency in the value of it keeps increasing every year. The line was long though but I was able to show them my ID and the name and number of the bank account I wished to deposit the funds under. Once I got my receipt when I got home, I was able to scan it and upload it to my bitcoin database online for proof from the seller that I purchased this amount of bitcoins. I received my bitcoins within 3 business hours from my online bitcoin account and I didn't have to be a member of Bank of America to send money. By the way, Bank of America has nothing to do with Bitcoins. It is the seller online who is a member of that bank that requires a receipt from that bank of which he/she is a member of to show proof payment.

Always busy and always over charge for overdraft and someone's they don't pay what's been presented and will still charge you dearly for nothing. I'll never be a BoA customer in my life.
