The staff is very unorganized. We've unfortunately had to use Gershman twice and each time was equally as bad. After we had turned documentation in, we were told multiple times we had to turn it in and I had remind the staff members we had already sent it in. In the end, we were simply frustrated with the run around we had to end up doing both times we used their services.

Mike is a seasoned professional who knows his business inside-out. He will go the extra mile to help you get a loan, and do it in a calm, friendly, professional manner. I'm a Realtor, and Mike has helped my clients, and I've also used Mike personally. I recommend Mike 100%!

I had a very bad experience with them. The representatives acted with very little integrity: misleading, pushy, and overstepping privacy issues. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. Stay away if you want any sort of professionalism.
