Don’t go to the tellers for close out a loan. They will do it and it may or may not be paid off and closed out. Then it won’t get fixed and the loan person will basically tell you it’s your fault that the loan didn’t close properly because tellers shouldn’t be doing it. Couldn’t tell me why I owed $38 after “closing it out” either. I’m good. Closing my account.

Horrible customer service at all grand rapids branchs. I don't want to make an account. I want to talk to a person. I have been on hold for over an hour. After an hour the message times out. Starting hour 2. They send personal information via email. I'm trying to tell them I am getting someone's account information. How scary that I know someone account balance without ever having to add a password. I would NEVER open account with such a careless bank. Be very careful, I know personal information that the are sending via email. I did speak to 1 person and told him and he transferred me and I was put on hold until the message timed out. HOW CAN YOU NOT TAKE THAT SERIOUSLY! So there is a person who knows this is happening and clearly doesn't care!

I’ve pulled out large amounts of money here. They are super friendly and always ask if I need my own room to count it in front of me. Great staff and a good location.
