    The teller that I spoke with today was very polite and helpful, however the banker that he brought over was very short with me, dismissive, and wouldn't even look at me when I gave him my feedback. Fortunately, he waived $20 of the $160 in fees I was charged on 2 transactions... so, I guess that's something? Honestly, I'm more upset about how impolite the banker was than the fact that I was inappropriately charged $160. I've been banking with 5/3 for 10 years, the banker barely did anything about it, and wouldn't even look at me throughout the process. This is not only poor customer service, it's also just plain rude. There's 20 other banks and credit unions in this town. 5/3's customers deserve better.

    This is the worst bank I have ever been too. I work for a corporation who has a business account here, and every time I have gone in over the past couple months it has taken at the minimum 20-25mins to run a single transaction. Not only that, but the management of this branch sits and watches the one teller (I have never seen more than one on staff) they have struggle to help multiple guests in line instead of helping run transactions. The managers also do not address the clients in the line to let them know how much longer they should expect to wait, and/or merely greet them and say hello. This branch has completely fallen apart recently, I personally would overhaul management, as they are to blame. I will be informing my corporation of the lack of service and hopefully we will be moving our business elsewhere.

    The management of this branch has changed for the worse. I have currently been waiting for 30 minutes to cash a CD while 2 management people sit in their offices waiting on 1 person. When brick and mortar banks offer this kind of service, they shouldn't be surprised that customers go to on-line banks. Edited a few years later: Still dealing with CDs we bought here years ago and, once again, we are waiting forever for service. Don't use this bank if you expect motivated customer relations.

    Sometimes lines are long but that's expected at certain times of day. Without regard to long wait times I've always had great encounters with the employees here. My daughter is actually excited to go to the bank with me when we're go lol

    If I could leave negative stars, I would!! I have never waited less than 20 minutes for my transaction to be done. I have to press the call button to get anyone to even acknowledge me. Everytime the manager tells me there are several customers in front of me. I would rather drive across Ann Arbor to another branch then EVER go back there.

    Do not use their ATM!!! It ate $280 in cash, and never accepted the deposit. Blamed it on technical difficulties. It was cash....didn’t give it back. Luckily the agent I spoke to is giving me credit, but I still have to wait another day. Definitely closing my account since you’re not open on the weekends, the only one closest to me. This would’ve been taken care of faster if there was someone at the location to speak with. I have bills to pay and mouths to feed. Such a big inconvenience!!!

    Slowest bank EVER. Make sure you leave 30 minutes to make any transaction in the drive thru. They seriously need to look at their systems and how they service customers.

    I attempted to cash a check with them that was through there branch. I went through the drive thru. I just worked all night. When I told them I just wanted to cash my check she told me I had to come inside. I've never had an issue anywher else. She then started to ask if I wanted to open a bank account with them etc. No I just wanted to cash a chech which by the way didn't happen. I ended up taking the check back and going elsewhere. Why would I open an account with you if you can let even cash one simple check ? Especially since the check was registered through your bank! Very inconsiderate.
