My wife and I worked with Chase Smith as our lender for a recent house purchase. Getting this house was a big deal for us which caused some initial anxiety as i'm sure is true for most home buyers. Chase is extraordinarily personable which, when combined with his high level of knowledge and professionalism somehow made it feel like we'd been friends for years! My husband was "working" with a employee named Chase Smith. Never in all my years have I ever seen such a confrontational rude person. His email skills also leave so much to be desired. Demands we're made if me, questions were asked of my personal life that never should have been asked. Totally unbelievable. Would NEVER recommend this totally unprofessional, low class mortgage company or Chase Smith that supposedly represents them. As a trauma RN, if I treated patients the way he, they treated us, I wouldn't have a job!
