    The people at this particular branch are great. The staff is not the problem. The problem is BECU itself. This place only puts up a facade of a credit union, but when you actually need their help, their policy is more important than the members. They don't care about you. They are a corporate bank disguised as a credit union. I have an account with a local bank that treats me better than this fake credit union. Their real motto? Policy > Member Take your money somewhere else.

    I got here at 9:15a.m. and out in ten minutes. Job well done. They make banking so easy why? It is not the old days . Thank you BECU.

    Had issue with a text that had come.. but had asked for the info... duscussed with rep in branch, we decided must have been a scam. She reviewed my acct & everything seemed ok... Plz everyone be careful with info yiu get from any bank in text form... Especially if U didn't ask for it!!!

    Aside from the ATM lobby always being clean and well-maintained, the people beyond the glass doors are outstanding! I have never had a bad appointment experience over the years, or ever been made to feel inferior or rejected about any inquiries for loans/account adjustments. Cam is awesome and worked with me for over an hour to make sure my loan was approved and kept me informed during the entire process, apologizing for the hiccups and longer than expected wait time. The overall demeanor of workers is always kind and amicable. My favorite BECU branch by far, keep it up!

    I go there wait an hour to cancel a stolen card. No Express line here have to wait and be late for work. They don't prioritize their check-in by reason.

    The staff at branch are kind and helpful, even during the pandemic. BECU is an accessible member owned credit union which still offers reasonable savings interest for kids.

    Waited there for hours without any help. Nobody checks in to tell you the wait time. Absurd! They need to display the wait time on screen.

    I have had nothing but great service in all the branches I have visited at. Each person I have spoken with was always courteous and professional. If there is a negative, it would help if they all smiled, but being that I usually come at the end of the day, it is understandable when they also just want their day to be over, I don't hold that against them. I just understand.

    I have been a Becu member since around 1974, we have had nothing but great service. I'm reading the negative reviews and not sure just what they are talking about. You'd think with all these years under my belt I would have had Something negative. But, no. Anyway you do have to use the regular bank for actual banking.... Love you guys!!!
