This bank is open, but check the days open and the hours. They have changed. If you find that your nearest bank is closed temporarily it is due to not enough employees being comfortable enough with Covid-19 to work in the public. Bank of America has decided to keep the bigger and most used locations open with the workforce they have. They are taking all advised neccessary precautions for all customers and employees. Be patient if there is a line up. Go earlier if you can when you also have other places to be. Don't get upset because it took longer than expected. Have a good day. Take precautions to stay safe and healthy.

Worst customer service experience by any Bank I've been to. Last week I stopped in to get a document notarized. I waited in line for 10 minutes while 2 tellers helped other customers in line. I watched a third teller ignoring customers. When I get to the front I request to have my document notarized. This teller then turns to the other teller, who hadn't helped any other customer in line, to service me. He tells me he is waiting for someone who made an appointment and I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes! Or schedule an appointment. I leave and schedule an appointment another day. The next day I arrive for my appointment and again wait in line. This time I'm told he is with a customer and it would be an additional 20 minute wait! Very poor service.

Today this Branch reminded me why I pulled $50,000 worth of accounts out of this Bank. The new strategy is to get you to do as much business through the ATM as possible. They do this by having a "brand Ambassador" start harassing you the second you walk in the door. I was greeted by a twenty-something young woman who promptly grilled me with “what are you doing inside today? “ despite being none of her business, I replied that I was making a savings withdrawal and then was hit with the snarky, passive aggressive "oh it must be more than the ATM limit then", under her breath. As she was doing this I noticed 8 people in line and one available teller, despite multiple Bank employees roaming around. This brand ambassador has time to bother me about things that are none of her business but can't get behind the counter open a lane, and assist the customers. As I walked out I noticed a line 3 people deep at the ATM as well. There is a reason this Bank continues to rate the bottom of the barrel in customer service, and this is it. They don't open until 10, functionally useless for working people. They only have one teller available for a multitude of customers. They aren't attuned to the needs of the people who use this bank, and this attempt to force me to use an ATM when I know I need to come inside is pathetic. Get your snarky employees out of my face and getting behind the counter assisting customers where they belong. We get it, you want us to use the ATM when we can. This is not the way to enforce it. Pulling my last account and moving to a bank that knows how to serve its customers

Do not go to this Branch!! I dealt with three, snobby, unprofessional ladies. I didn't have a bank account at the time and I had a large check I needed to cash. So I called the first Bank of America that came up on Google, which happened to be a different Auburn branch than this one. The lady at that branch told me I would have no problem cashing my check with no account. And that there would be an $8. So after work I went to the Bank of America closest to my house (this branch) and the lady in the front told me my check exceeded their limit for someone who didn't have an account and they could not cash it. I told her I spoke with someone already about this and they said it would be ok (me not knowing the lady I spoke with was from a different branch). She asked if I wanted to open an account and I said no. I walked out and then walked back in because I thought to myself getting an account with them is the only way I won't get charged an arm and a leg to cash it. So I go back inside and sit with a lady. She agreed the check was too much to cash. Mind you this lady answered a lot of my questions with a snobby attitude. And made it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about. Still I was nice and sat there agreeing to open an account. I felt something shady and I listen to my instincts. So at the last minute I decided I didn't want to do it anymore. told her and the first thing she said was, "it's already opened." Like I didn't have a choice to get out of this. She then told me I'll have to sign and then they can close it. Oh, but they can't close it till the next day. Whatever. I don't care when I decided I didn't want to do it. I said No before I signed anything. So I didn't understand how I already had an account. Whatever again. I asked for the manager. She was backing her employee and I felt like she didn't even care about my concerns. None of them did. And for the manager to make it seem like she's taking her employee's word over the customers is ridiculous to me. I left and went to to the Kent branch. And guess what? They cashed my check. No if, ands or buts. I explained to them the horrible experience I had at this Bank of America.. how they wouldn't cash my check and every single person I talked to said that's false info. I went back here today to speak with the manager to make sure they closed my account (it's still being processed they said). And I told her how 4 people told me I couldn't cash my check here, but Kent had no problem!? Of course she had a little attitude and said they were all told by their district not to cash anything over 2,500. I call BS. Either way I was the customer and I was 110% unsatisfied with this Bank of America branch. Learn how to talk to concerned customers!!!!! And most importantly get your facts straight!!!!!!!!!!!!

They couldn't help because they needed manager approval and the manager called in sick that day. No contingency plan for sick employees B of A. Why do you exist if you cannot assist customers. You deserve zero stars but that is not an option!

Today, isnt my first experience with this specific Bank. I once paid a visit months ago to cash my check, and a lady who was servicing me says that she needed to call my place of work to verify or something. Im sitting in the lobby waiting for 20 mins while my family waits for me outside.she finally gets off the phone and tells me that because the check was issued that day she couldn't cash the check. So i left irritated having spent over 30 mins between waiting in line, being serviced, and then waiting for her to make her call only to tell me she couldn't cash my check. Fast forward a couple of months, i went to another Bank of America on a payday and they were able to cash it no problem. Now we have today, go in waiting in line with two tellers available and a good 11 people line for one of the tellers closed her station to service the drive thru leaving one teller who is moving so slow servicing three people ahead of us. Finally another teller shows up from her break. Sees the line and proceeds to sit at her desk doing God knows what for roughly 5 to 7 mins. Knowing good and well their is 9 people waiting in line. After 7 or so mins she finally tells the drive thru teller she will handle drive thru and for her to service the front. Im next in line so i go up to cash my check, mind you i dont bank here. I ask to cash my check making little small talk because i believe its a distraction and people are waiting. Then she asks if my company changed checks. Im like sure i dont know i just get paid and move on. 4 mins of her typing into a computer than says because my company changed checks she has to call ahead to confirm. At that poiny i realized this is a repeat of last time. I did say no id rather have my check back because of you have wasted enough of my time. What is wrong with this bank?? How is it another location could easily cash my check but this place has to come up with excuses to not do what im asking. If another location can do it so easily why cant this place??

Assistant manager was really rude on counter when i asked her please put cash from check to checking account because i needed it emergency and i didn’t know when will i get money in my account over weekend. She said i cant cash it because policy was changed in November 2018. But it was cashed. She just dont wanted to help. Not going at this place again!

Well, its midday business day at bank of america and they have ONE teller on duty!!! The line is about 9 ppl, asked the customer service rep thats supposed to greet you and make you feel welcome..., about having a single person on duty, not a word of apology or even a "sorry about the wait". Time tonfind another bank that cares about their customers experience.

Worst branch! They told us they can't do any changes on our account even though we waited in there for more than 30 mins. They don't care about CUSTOMER SERVICE based from one of their employee that is working there today (11/4/2017). He told me he doesn't care about customer service and doesn't want to help us at all even though we waited for the personal banker for more than 30 mins. They told me they're more worried about closing the bank at exactly 1pm and starting their days off rather than helping a customer that's been waiting there for more than 30 mins.

I setup a loan preapproval with Ai Mendoza at this bank. Now, their staff members are denying that Ai ever worked here. I can't get any of them to talk to me on the phone. They just send you straight to the automated system. I'm just gonna get my home loan with Chase Bank.
