    My husband and I recently visited this location to open us a new joint account. We were assisted by Mrs. Betty who was absolutely fantastic!!! She was so patient with us and went over everything thoroughly. She was personable and handled us with so much care. As a young newlywed couple, opening a joint bank account is a big step and it can be nerve wrecking trying to get all the information you need, but Mrs. Betty was exactly what we needed. She's definitely experienced, but it was her kind and warm spirit that made for an even more perfect visit. Definitely will be visiting her again for our in-person banking needs!

    Every month for the last 7 years I deposit my rent into my lanlords "Business" account. Today I decided to go there because it was located approximately 1-2 blocks from where my daughter's job is. I handed the deposit slip (filled out correctly), my ID and my bank card to the teller. She puunches in some numbers, ask me am I a customer, then says, Im sorry you cant deposit any money into someone's personal account. I said excuse me miss but I've been doing this for 7 years and as recent as last month. She goes to who I am guessing is the manager. The "manager" doesnt say anything to me, she tells the teller look shut her down, dont wait on her and go to the next customer. The lack of professionalism and lack of BOM policies and procedures at this location is terrible. It needs to be addressed EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!!! I will be submitting a complaint with both the Federal Trade Commmison and BBB.

    There are 3 employees currently working. One teller, one helping with loans and and a women named Amber standing next to the deposits and withdrawal slips. There's 7 customers in line and the wait time is approx. 8-14 minutes. When asked why Amber is not providing services as a teller behind the desk responded ”I don't know.” the teller behind the desk Salina was accommodating and apologized for the wait time. Additionally, kudos to the older male customer’s responses to Amber's passive aggressive tone denying her the gratification she desperately desired of him becoming irritated. This statement is long because I'm STILL IN LINE. Thank God for meditation and mindfulness. LOL #Namaste

    I made a cash deposit and the teller did not enter it correctly. Called the branch to try to straighten it out, but could not contact anyone. called the main line and was told it could take a week to straighten out a cash deposit, which should be available immediately

    I went to the Bank of America on harford road and was treated very rudely. Amber sneered at me when I accidentally left my bank slip on the table before heading to the front desk. I then proceeded to ask her if I could cash a check there and she cut me off mid sentence and pointed to the teller that they would help me and dont ask her anything. I was only there to cash a check, I will never be opening an account with them

    Recently a fraudulent check purchase posted to my account. The Parkville Manager, Mr. Vize, and the bank's Fraud Division were great. My account was frozen and new account opened. Could not ask for better service.

    Worst experience I ever had over the phone , I called to see why my money was not out my account An a male tone in his voice was unprofessional An seem like he did not want to help me so he told me to hold on and then kept me on hold for a good 10 minutes. A female got on the phone An she was not even worse then the first associate she was way worse talking to me like she could care less about my issue I had with the bank , I would not be calling or visiting that bank anymore

    Awful customer service bank does not open on time then employees tell customers they should have came the day before if they don't want to stand in a long line with one teller or they can go to another branch then on top of that all the sudden say cannot cash the same check I cash once a month because it won't scan yet it would have to be deposited so you still have to type the info to deposit it so why can't that be typed to cash it again same check I cash each month awful branch should just close that location

    Everytime i come in there is a line that doesnt move for over 5 mins. I wait 15+ mins. Always 3 to 4 employees only 2 people on duty and only one taking customers... The employees are nice but this service is too slow.
