    I've been casually looking for a new credit union for both personal and business purposes, and this place is right near my house, so I decided to walk in and see what it's like. I walked in about half an hour before closing and mentioned that I live nearby and was considering opening an account. I then asked if I could buy a few rolls of coins without an account and was told no. I offered to open my account that day to test drive the app/web portal and see if I wanted to make the jump. I was told there was no time and I'd have to come back the next day. There was 30 minutes until closing, and literally no one in the bank except a couple employees talking at a desk and the teller standing behind the counter. I guess they don't want business. I'll gladly take it elsewhere.

    I've had an account with Alliance since I was 16 years old. Alliance is very much stuck in their old ways and does not change with the times. Anytime I call to ask for help they say I will have to come in person, which I cannot do due to no longer living in the state. It is time to say goodbye and get with a credit union that has more flexibility and updated services.

    I have been a member of this credit union since I was 2 years old when my parents opened an account for me. They have always been more helpful the any major bank. We went from Sts Peter and Paul credit union, to St. Anthony credit union, to 1st city credit union and then merging into Alliance credit union. However, today when I went into to learn more about a mortgage the teller was not able to answer any of my questions letting me know that I could look into up online (which I already did) and referred me to the mortgage department.

    Had to get a shared branch cashier's check. Took about 2 minutes from entering the building. The person helping me could not have been nicer and more helpful. Will return if the need arises.

    The employees are always sweet, friendly and helpful and they are usually playing pretty decent music. I've never felt more comfortable in a bank. Highly recommended.

    Hampton location employee was rude and not helpful. When I brought it to her attention, according to how I felt. The attendant helping new worker was forced to cash my check. The person she called to assist her in trying to find a reason to not help me told the attendant that she had never heard anything like what the attendant was saying and that was not protocal at Alliance and never was. I was late getting back to work waiting on them.

    The worst credit union to bank with. Customer service is terrible. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
