I have been with this store for over 4 years. I recently moved my account back because another location just wasn't servicing my needs like these ladies did. I am more than happy to drive 1 + hour and from out of state! I really appreciate Katie the manager She went out of her way to apologize for nothing she did wrong and has gone above to help me with all of issues and questions that no one else would answer! These ladies are the only people I will deal with. I trust them

The staff is always nice & helpful. They went over and beyond to help me with my car loan & issues with my old loan with another office! They even offered credit assistance! Friendly and knowledgeable !

They sent out a letter stating "you are pre approved" go there to figure out what all needs to be done gets told "oh well it is going to be an hour but we will call you" I go back home 2hrs later no phone call. So I called up there "oh well we couldn't get approval" isn't it considered false advertisment to say someone is pre approved then deny them.

They have been very nice even when I wasn't able to pay they continued to work with me They didn't have to and didn't even have to be nice about it. They even helped with other things for my family Treat them with respect and they will go out of the way to help you

i spoke with katie and courtney they helped with getting all my questions answered and getting my account and my family started .. the manager and her workers was more professional than russellville and didnt care about my past they are honest.

even after my hardships 2 years ago they gave me another chance! I love these ladies! Always helpful and super understanding!

Great customer service... Friendly staff. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. We have had multiple loans with this company and will gladly do business with them again and again

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional place I've EVER been to. As soon as I pay off my loan I will NEVER go back! Do NOT go to them for anything unless you just love being inconvenienced every time you try to make a payment. Absolutely Ridiculous!

Always courteous and friendly.. they do a great job assisting you and help you as much as they can..

They don't try to help you out all they do is harassing about the money and harassing your references they don't listen when you try to explain to them situations!!!!! Go somewhere else to get loans not them!!!!!!!!
