    Had a wonderful experience. Called the facility and spoke with a nice gentleman about what I needed. He scheduled me an appointment for the same day, later that evening. When I entered, the staff was very busy, but everyone was nice and apologized for the wait. Shirlene was amazing and walked me through each step of the process needed to reach my goal. Thank you!

    Poor customer service. Called to make an appointment for a notary and was told my appointment was at 12pm. I get there and was told there is no appointment for me. Instead of Sarah who I believe is the manager assisting. She said the notary will be back from lunch in about 15 mins to help you. I’m sure banks have more than 1 notary.

    Very inconvenient and frustrating experience. I called a day ahead and spoke with a Manager named Angela who scheduled an appointment for me to physically come into the branch to meet with her in person to resolve my situation which was to obtain a simple letter of proof for an error that occurred so when I arrived at the bank for my scheduled appointment, Angela was not in the office due to personal reasons so I asked if anyone else can help me and they turned me away saying that only Angela was the only one who can help, so my daughter who was driving me disagreed with the treatment and went inside the bank with me to speak with a Branch Manager, but there was no branch manager available so when we asked if anyone else can help they attempted to turn us away again until my daughter questioned them and asked why they couldn’t just contact Angela and ask her what they could do to help or else she would contact headquarters to see how we can help, then suddenly they changed their attitudes and said they can help. Why do we have to complain in order to receive proper customer service? There were 3 pleasant ladies that were very kind and friendly and accommodating but the young agent who was helping us was not pleasant or accommodating at all. The supervisor had to pull her aside to correct her so we can be helped. It’s a good thing my daughter was with me to help me or else I would not have been able to get my request resolved. But the young agent became irritated that she had to help us and had an unpleasant attitude then she took forever to complete our request. Now let’s just hope this was resolved. We will keep you posted.

    I went here today with my husband to cash his work check. I have and account. Last month this was not a problem. Yet this month long brown haired she devil with glasses said it couldn't be done. Something about having as much in your account as checks are. These are work checks not a two party or personal check and easy to verify this through calling employer or bank that check comes from.

    Every time I am at this particular bank I have an amazing experience. Mrs. Robyn is there always with a warm smile and takes care of me no matter what shenanigan I bring to her. The other day I came to the bank about an odd charge on my account. The gentleman in the back office helped me out. I hate that I don't remember his name. He made me laugh and helped me get my issue under order and then also he helped me to prevent it in the future. Every time I come here I always feel like they care about me and actually try to help me. You don't always get that feeling from a bank.

    Great Customer Service! Always friendly and polite! For the people complaining about lines..it would move much faster if people used the ATM to pull out money and had deposit slips filled out before getting to the window. These ladies are always wonderful and deal with jerks constantly complaining over them following the rules set before them. They don't make the rules!!

    After my bank that I’ve been with for years refused to deposit a check without a five day hold or cash it bc it was over 5000 I decided to take the check to the bank that wrote it. Bank of America was great about it and Robyn is awesome. Everyone worked hard to help me and I’m not even a member yet.....but I will be thank you !

    Rude customer service from Branch Manager, limited resources on a Friday evening rush...Brenda Horner will simply tell you that "it's your problem because you should make an appointment" Wow from the Bank company that have closed several branches and then they don't even try to accommodate the faithful customers. We have been using Bank of America for 20 years, and there customer service is to often rude and unsympathetic. Thanks for letting me know that it's my problem that I can be seen at 4:30 on a Friday when you don't close until 5:00. You made my decision for me, thanks to you Mrs Brenda I will no longer be using services from Bank of America anymore...

    I've banked with Bank of America for over a year and have only had to visit a branch once. I moved and needed to change address. The branch was severely under staffed. There was only one teller and one banker working. After the extensive wait the service I received was great. The good news is that with the online tools and smart atms I haven't had to go back in.

    Giving it a 1 bc i didnt get the option for a 0, get to the bank, 2 tellers on the line, 1 going back and forth between drive thru and lobby, 1 drive thru ATM closed for service, the other has rhe Loomis truck in it to collect or deposit money, so it is not in use. Then Loomis inside to put money in the vault, 1 teller off the line in the lobby, that's 1 teller, drive thru teller is now working drive thru and busy, Tennova comes in with multiple business deposits, the 1 teller is still gone, 1 teller still on drive thru and the 1 teller workimg the lobby still workimg on the multiple Tennova business deposits...ARE YOU KIDDING ME....25 minutes to make a deposit and no the ATMs were not available, even the walk up had just taken a guys card and he was upset and trying to get it out...worst planning and staffing ever ans then no sense of urgency, as i stepped up to the teller, then i see another teller stuffing her face in the drive thru..this is at 1pm...geeze
