I booked a 1 hour appointment online to open a business checking account. I worked with Micheal, he was very degrading and belittling. He didn’t help me with my paperwork at all whatsoever. He printed the paperwork sat me in a room and left. I had to ask receptionist for help multiple times. I was clueless on what to put down on the paperwork, I’ve never opened a business checking account before. She helped me to the best of her ability. After I finished the paperwork, Micheal finally popped up. He took my paperwork and started going through it acting aggravated because I put the incorrect information down. He made me feel stupid for not knowing the answer to paperwork he was SUPPOSED TO HELP ME FILL OUT! Micheal was extremely rude. I will be going into Wings financial corporate in Apple Valley later this week about this incident. I looked at some of the other reviews and I seen he’s been like this before with customers. I’ve never been treated like this before in my life. Wings financial you need to do better when picking people to represent your company.

Just got an auto loan with Michael Phillips, he went to bat for me with the underwriter, clearly explained the rates, and honed on quickly on what was important to me as a consumer. I will keep coming back to Wings because of that interaction at this branch. Only negative here, called the auto loan department at wings and they actually hung up on me because their lines were too busy, was pretty frustrated, but went in and Micheal was extremely responsive. If you are looking for a loan, go to the Eagan branch and find Micheal.

Wings is a Credit Union so you can get away from the big banks. When you go in, everyone is greeted personally and the people are polite and professional. Great place and good way to get out of the big banks. Bonus: the loan rates on vehicles are the best and lowest available

I have an account with Wings and went in to apply for a personal loan to consolidate my credit card debt. I’ve been paying well over the minimum payment every month and thought a personal loan would be better. I believe Diane helped me out I can’t remember her name exactly. I gave her my info then proceeded to the waiting area to be picked up. Five minutes go by and the last customer to her knowledge walks out of the building. She then made an insulting comment about my occupation status to her coworker. After hearing that I walked out of the building. I then decided it was best to cancel my application through Wings and took my business elsewhere. Happy I did because I was notified the same day that I was approved.

I used to love the Wings in Eagan but now after my last few visits I am moving on. I have been with them for years and used to loving going in and interacting with the employees that worked there. Now that they have installed all automated tellers, the best part of the banking experience is gone. Not to mention, all the down sides of automated tellers! During my last few visits, they have been fairly decent but after the machine ate my money and malfunctioned I will not be using it again. I should be able to have my money counted right in front of me and not depend on a machine to get everything right. Also, there are limits on how much you can take out, put in, and the list goes on. Thank you for the years without automated tellers but I am moving on to a new and better banking institution. Two stars is being extremely nice.

I needed help with something, called the Eagan location, and ended up talking with Bob in (in the... customer support department? call center? I can't remember.) He was by far the best person i could have talked to at that moment. It was very obvious that he actually listened and cared about what I had to say. Not to mention that he was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. I don't know if he's just new and his soul hasn't died yet or something, (kidding) but regardless, great employee... that guy deserves a raise!

I've been a dedicated Wings customer for 30+ years, but the recently installed automated tellers has taken away one thing I've valued; the personal teller interaction and customer service process. I never thought any bank could be worse than US Bank or Wells Fargo for a poor customer experience, but Wings has now leaped past them to the bottom.... Very disappointing.

No human tellers any longer. Just an automated kiosk. Very impersonal and weird. Maybe it's the way things are going... Also, inquired about a home equity loan a while back. They sent an appraiser. They got my number of bedrooms and square footage wrong. Twice. I went elsewhere. Every other loan I have gotten was convenient and easy. Been a member for ever. Decent overall but could be better.

I have never before been disrespected like this in my life. I have no issue with waiting in line as long as things are fair and it remains as a first come first serve basis. After supposedly being placed on a list to speak with a banker regarding my issue, I sat down to wait like everybody else. After I should have been next in line, there was a white male in his 40s that came in a while after me and also got on the "list". I am still waiting and finally the female banker becomes available and she calls the white male, I stood up because while here I was thinking that this place has no prejudice for people who are not white thinking that I will get the place in line that I was waiting for over 20 minutes, this white man comes in and preferably after less than 5 minutes he is helped. I stood up in disbelief and went to ask the male attending the "list", the banker said no that isn't how it is in the system. What does that even mean? are you saying that obviously you feel that I should wait longer for a white person that was supposed to be behind me? Only then does the "branch manager" asks to want to help me and that I was supposed to see him? really? you didn't want to help me 20 minutes ago when you were talking to your coworker just sitting in the office without any customers and now when I want to say something about the lack of disrespect and the obvious preference of the person behind me he wants to help me? no that is disrespect right in my face, I have never had an issue with Wings Financial, but this location has shown utter disrespect and discrimination right in my face.
