    Administration, Jim Lynch was very disrespectful not courteous at all on the phone call. The Bank made a mistake on my account. My savings is suppose to cover $3.50. That turned into 40.00 dollars overdraft. They have a link from checkings to savings. Then he said, like he's threatening me. I think he's trash. I do completely. How abnoxious. Do they remember we pay them? They don't pay us. Low class representatives. Incompetent bankers. I definitely do not recommend Spire.

    In regards to the Eagan location, I see 7 people working. A 20 minute wait to deposit a check is ridiculous. Go to the eden prairie location. Much better.

    Worse bank I’ve ever worked with. They charge fees for declining a charge even if you opt out of overdraft protection. I asked them to opt me out of overdraft fees, but they didn’t do it properly and charged me over $300 of fees. They reimbursed me after I went in and told them about it, but I shouldn’t have to call them. I’ve never had a bank charge me over $300 worth of fees before. They did it over the course of a week! That’s simply unacceptable. I’m taking my money elsewhere.

    Casey was extremely helpful and has wonderful customer service skills. Lookimg forward to working with him in the future. Update: I spoke with Kristen in the call center today, she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get answers.

    I have been a member for many years now, and ALWAYS have had AMAZING customer service. Today, I unfortunately stopped at the Eagan office out of convenience and proximity to my job. I went through the drive through and had to press the “call for service” button twice, I was helped by a wonderful and helpful woman, but when I told her that I had been waiting to be helped another woman popped up on the monitor and told me if I would have sent my ID and card in right away, I would have been helped faster. I told her I had pressed the button twice for service, but wasn’t helped until after I had pressed it a second time. And she told me that the other tellers inside were waiting for me to send in my ID debit card. I have never once had to send in my cards prior to being helped. I’ve also never argued with by a teller to tell me my actions were wrong and that it was my fault I wasn’t helped faster.

    I had a great experience opening new account with spire credit union. Andy was professional and very helpful throughout the process, and ensured I was well informed about the products. Awesome experience, extremely professional the whole time and the customer service was excellent

    Three times you're out. I've never had trouble buying products, but three times now when they needed servicing, I submitted all documents (everything is still paper) with ample time for them to process, and it simply wasn't done. I've got six hours of rigmarole clocked dealing with Spire errors, specifically "lost" signed documents. Though their online banking is adequate, it's not nearly as convenient as commercial banks, and occasionally is frustrating. Transactions often take days to process, the same ones my bank processes immediately. As much as I want to promote the co-op business model, with Spire it's too costly time-wise, and frankly, risky. They're chatty, but when it gets down to doing the business of banking, they bumble. Good intentions only carry you so far. Yes, it's nice to be treated like a person, but when it comes to money, I'd rather be treated like a carefully handled number.

    I would like to thank Spire for being the only place that is giving me a chance to have a car loan. I haven't had any way to get credit in many years and have not purchased a car since 2001. Pretty darn awesome! Thank you!

    Transferred to Spire CU because my old CU merged with Spire. Transfer did not go smooth, but got it figure out after many calls. They where offering a Visa card with free interest on balance transfers so I thought this would help me out and took it. They did not tell me if I make new purchases on the card that I would be charged Finance Charge on new purchases if my entire balance (purchases + balance transfer) was not paid in full. Now I am being charged interest on purchases even though I make payments that more then cover the purchases I made. I will be calling ever month to get this reversed. Not the hassle I signed up for. Don't have this on my other credit cards. Will not be using this card anymore.

    I've been banking here for several years and have found no benefits to being a member. More issues than anything. Still not able to do a simple mobile deposit that I use to have when banking with a larger bank even with going in and talking to a banker.
