    For two decades I have utilized WFs banking services for personal accounts, and business accounts. I have had loans, I have made countless international wire transfers, I have been a loyal customer through WF scandals and bad press. Today was the worst customer service I have received. I stood in line for a teller who told me to sit and await help from a banker. Several bankers passed me without acknowledging me presence. It took 25 minutes of waiting before a banker inquired what services I needed. I was told to come back another day.     I did not have a good experience at the Eagan branch and with Wells Fargo customer service over the phone. I called 4 times to release a time account, every time I called I received different information. After the 4th call I was transferred to the supervisor who told me I had to go to the branch. I went to the branch, I went straight to teller and she told me that I needed a banker to help me. She told the host the situation, the host said she would try to fit me in. It took almost one hour of waiting, to be told that they only have an appointment at 4:00pm. When I asked if they can squeeze me in, the host said I had to BE RESPECTFUL OF CUSTOMERS APPOINTMENTS. This was so disrespectful, she acted like I wanted another customers appointment canceled for my sake. She doesn’t realize I was dealing with Wells Fargo for 4 days. I asked her if she can make an appointment for me at the Eden prairie branch, she said no and that I had to call or use the app. The app wasn’t working and no one answered the phone in Eden prairie. I walked in again, and the host had her manager make the appointment for me in Eagan. The manager didn’t even sit down with me, or wanted to hear what was going on. Just a couple minutes later I had a call from Eden prairie, they were able to squeeze me and were so helpful. It’s disappointing to see the lower ratings and similar stories at the Eagan branch. The Eagan branch should really work in improving customer service within their team. If it wasn’t for us customers, Wells Fargo wouldn’t be where it is today.

    Megan, an absolute horrible manager, she doesn't even try to help you, and it is so easy to notice! Absolute horrible experience, never come to this branch specifically. Expect to wait 1 hour for nothing. I waited 1 hour just to be told to make an appointment for the simplest thing! You cannot even make an appointment over the phone. After coming to this branch multiple times, I am planning on closing my Wells Fargo account after 8 years. Corporate should have done something about the manager specifically a long time ago.

    Went in for a temporary card because I lost my card and need access to my money. Apparently Wells Fargo no longer offers temporary cards. The person helping me offered to help me download a mobile card. If I could use my Apple Pay at ever store and gas station I would and I would not have had to go into the branch, but not every store or gas station offers Apple Pay.

    Every time I come here it’s a massive waste of time. After wasting an hour in line they tell me they can’t help me. Their website says to change your name you need to “bring the documents to your local branch” . I did and apparently you need to make an appointment for a SIMPLE name change. If the website had said I need to make an appointment with a banker I would have done so. I’ve got a baby and a full time job and I’m sick of being put through the ringer for something simple. I’m switching banks you have lost my business.

    Very poor experience yesterday; needed an insurance check endorsed to deposit. Manager connected me with a banker who ended up calling in to verify. The manager’s help was the only positive part of the visit. After 10 minutes the banker was told he could’ve done this through a quick online process. After about 20 minutes he endorsed the check and instead of helping me deposit as intended, he told me I would have to get back in line to see a teller. At this point it was 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday and the line was out the door. So, after ~45 minutes of waiting I’ll have to come back again on Monday to finally deposit the check. FOLLOW UP: Had to come in for the same situation a couple of weeks ago; made an appointment online for the next morning. Came in, waited about 3 minutes to be seen by a banker and the entire process took ~5 minutes. The banker then brought me straight to a teller who deposited the endorsed check. An entirely different experience than the first time and am adding a star to my original review.

    I have a mortgage with Wells Fargo. I had hail damage to my house so the insurance check is made payable to Wells Fargo and me. I need to get the check endorsed by Wells Fargo and called the mortgage division. They told me to call a branch near me to make sure that someone in that branch was authorized to endorse a check. I called this branch to ask. No one answers the phone and they don't leave you the option of leaving a voicemail for a callback. So I have to drive over there to find out if anyone can endorse and if I need an appointment for someone to do so. What business in 2020 doesn't have an option of leaving a voicemail? The recording simply says there isn't a banker available to accept a call at this time. And then says "Goodbye."

    The worst customer service totally unprofessional! I missed my flight because of the women name “MA KEITH IVY HERRERA” she not supposed to work for wells Fargo. Today I went to get cash drive through and she sent my card and my driver license for someone else. I had to wait over one hour to get my ID&card back. I missed my flight because her she ruined my day I can’t believe this happened to me,!

    One thing I noticed is that they have a banker welcome you and analyze your needs right when you walk in the door. This was weird not to have when I went to a different bank. Aside from this, we have been working with Pat for a little over a year now. Pat is a great banker who really knows what he is doing and really has your best interest in mind. I am astonished by the negative reviews. I have had a great experience every single time I have been in there. They are a great bank, and great bankers. I appreciated it!
